This was the Best Experience I/we have ever had buying a car. Even thou the vehicle we bought this time was a used one, the entire staff treated us like Royalty!! We drove 3 hours due to traffic, but it was well worth the experience we received from this top notch staff. Ernesto was friendly and not pushy but still made the sale even though I had not planned to buy that day. Came to trade in our 2006 Tacoma on a 2012 Highlander. Jin Kwak was our salesperson and we liked his low key, no pressure approach. Jin was very informative, pleasant and helpful. Also met Heeman Yang, who was very concerned that we would have a smooth buying experience.... and he made sure we did! The business manager, Joe Fendrich, gave us helpful info and we enjoyed chatting with him during the paperwork. We returned to get a hitch installed, and that took longer than anticipated, however, the staff worked hard to not allow that to be a negative process, and even provided some nice incentives for future services. All in all, the staff helped this to be a very relaxing and smooth buying experience, and we are very satisfied. More
We were looking for a Prius 2012 Model 5 in Pearl White. It was difficul to find since the inventory for 2012 Prius is very limited towards the end of the year. We found one at Chantilly Toyota and Kirt Etter was very helpful and willing to work with us. We purchased the Prius as a "Good Price" we hope. The Finance Manager Joe H. was very nice, very knowledgeable and very patienced since we had to make a few changes on the sales contract after the fact. All is well with the purchase and the financing. We was not impressed with the person that went over all the features in the car, especially on the "Advanced Technology Package". She was not familiar with all the features and ended up asking for another team member to help. We were more confused by the time she's done. Service department is very slow in returing phone calls but Chris C the Service Manager was very helpful once I got a hold of him. More

I purchased a 2012 Prius Three on Saturday, September 1st. Salesperson I worked with was Jacq Hall. Very friendly, knew more than I expected -- I have encountered too many sales personnel in the past t 1st. Salesperson I worked with was Jacq Hall. Very friendly, knew more than I expected -- I have encountered too many sales personnel in the past that did not know enough about the cars, so this was very welcome. I never felt rushed, or pushed with him, and I spent half the afternoon there test driving various Prius models, asking questions, etc. Financing people were friendly. I forgot the name of the gentleman that handling the financing for me. Chris was in training, so he just observed. They REALLY wanted me to get spring for some type of extra warranty or protection. I was eventually able to negotiate getting the portions I needed by reducing the price of of the car, so my payments nor bottom line price were not affected -- hence, happy about the price. Traded in a 2004 Audi TT S-Line to drop my financing amount further. Easy enough. Received a phone call yesterday afternoon from Mike to schedule my appointment for the interior fabric protection, and a follow-up call from Jacq to ask how things were with the car. Nothing really bad to say about this experience. I am pleased with the dealership and my car. Will be referring my step-brother over to this dealer when he decides to trade in his 2004 Prius for a newer model. More
