Excellent car buying experience My husband emailed Poya directly and was able to work out an agreement so I didn't have to waste any time at the dealership. Once I arrived, Marcel gr My husband emailed Poya directly and was able to work out an agreement so I didn't have to waste any time at the dealership. Once I arrived, Marcel greeted me, Poya introduced himself (thank you Poya for taking the time to do that!), and David appraised my trade-in. As I waited on the trade in appraisal, Marcel had me complete the finance application (via tablet - SO much more efficient than the old pen to paper process), and once we were all in agreement on the trade in, we hit "apply". Shortly thereafter, EJ was working the numbers. Both EJ and David had to sign off on the finance paperwork and we chatted for a short period of time (on our shared hatred of I-66 and 81). They were both wonderful to work with! Marcel went above and beyond for me. He let everyone know that I was in a hurry (it was my son's 3rd birthday, I had to get home!), and after my new vehicle was cleaned/prepped, he had it parked near my trade in so that I could transfer my belongings over, and even helped me in doing so! I didn't get the name of the young man that helped me at the very end with showing my the tech/features in the new vehicle, but he was very professional and helpful as well. I haven't bought a new car since 2006, but I remember that experience last time took 5+ hours. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 1/2 hours. My family and my husband's family were both Toyota families. My husband and I bought a Toyota in 2006, but since then we went to other makes. This purchase (2019 Highlander) has brought us back to Toyota, and I'm so very happy with my new vehicle, with the dealership process, the finance process, and the staff experience from Ourisman Chantilly Toyota. Roman helped cut straight to the chase on the best deal they had on a Toyota Corolla. I really appreciated his directness-not something most car salesmen have-after we had spent nearly 4 hours listening to multiple salesmen waste our time on cars that were out of budget. After selecting the model that best fit my budget, the process was quick and they even let me take my favorite model to lunch so that I could experience the car without a salesperson talking at me the entire time. After that, the paperwork was as fast as possible and overall I'm very satisfied with my new lease! More
