I got the exact truck that I have been wanting. I went to the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. The only problem was that they did not have the type and color of the truck I was looking for I went to the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. It was actually my first time test driving a new Toyota Tacoma and I immediately felt comfortable driving it. My wife was able to test drive the truck as well and she felt the same way. Arnaud made every effort to locate the exact truck I was looking for. Even though the truck was located 2 hours away, they sent an employee to swap inventory with another dealer. It was a long day and I had my whole family with me, but Heeman and Arnaud wanted to make sure that my family and I were taken care of. They ordered us pizza, which all of us appreciated. I just happened to pass by Ourisman Chantilly Toyota, on my way to th I did not even have Toyota Rav4 in mind when I ventured to look for a small SUV. I just happened to pass by Ourisman Chantilly Toyota, on my way to the Honda dealer nearby. Sherif Ahmed greeted me, showed me the Rav4 and all features I was looking for and without being pushy, convinced me to buy the Limited edition. I was impressed at how he handled all my questions, including comparisions with other makes and models. He was very patient and really wanted to get me the best deal possible on my Toyota Rav4 2014. He did as much as he could to make my purchase smooth and hassle free. I haggled on the price for hours but never did he express any sort of impatience. Sherif worked out a really good deal I could not refuse with the Sales Manager Heeman and they were happy to provide all that I wanted in my car for a really great price! The Finance office was equally patient and explained everything clearly. I have recommended this dealership to my friends and neighbors who are thinking of buying an SUV. More
