They correctly diagnosed my Maintenance actions and made all necessary repairs under my warranty coverage free of charge. They also provided a free loaner car so I would not be inconvenienced by not having transportation. Everyone from the valet, service representative to the cashier was friendly, courteous and professional. I definitely will use them for all future service needs. My only regret is that I didn't purchase my car from them and experience that same quality customer care in their sales department. Thank you for a job well done! More

My husband and I test drove a car and they let us take it on our own. I like when the dealers don't accompany you on your test drives. We also wanted our mechanic to take a second look before we made up our minds to buy it and they were ok with that. The whole process went very smoothly and we had a pleasant experience with buying our case there. They weren't pushy either unlike some other places. We would highly recommend this place. More

After the delivery of the car we noticed a very big scratch/dent on the bumper. We spoke to Ash and he basically said "it is a used car, and there is not much we can do about it". I will never go back to this dealership to purchase a new or used vehicle the quality of service was horrible. If you are working as a manger your number one focus should be to satisfy the customer. Worst Experience I have leased vehicles through Ourisman for the past 10 years and have never had a negative experience. My recent lease was ending within two months, I have leased vehicles through Ourisman for the past 10 years and have never had a negative experience. My recent lease was ending within two months, which lead to the numerous phone calls from salesmen trying to get me in to the dealership to look at the newer vehicles. After multiple voicemails by salesmen asking me to come into the dealership I decided to go check it out. Before looking at any vehicles the salesman promised me that any mileage overage on my leased vehicle would be “waived” and that the last two monthly payments would also be paid, as long as I bought a car that day. I was so excited to purchase a new car and thought the process would be enjoyable and fun. Unfortunately, purchasing a vehicle from the Ourisman Chantilly Dealership was nothing short of a nightmare. While the salesman was kind and respectful and did work with me on the price of the vehicle, the management team was quit unpleasant and dishonest. Long story short, I purchased a new vehicle in April, with the agreement that the miles on my leased vehicle would be paid for and the last two monthly payments would also be paid for by Ourisman. Fast forward to August, I am now being told they only agreed to waive the mileage and one month’s car payment, not two. I finally gave up on the second car payment, knowing the manager didn’t care and wasn’t going to hold true to his agreement. Who has the time to battle this out for this months? I certainly don’t! I am still receiving bills from Toyota Financial reflecting unpaid mileage and the monthly car payment. The newest bills reflecting additional fees. I have called the sales managers multiple times, all of whom state these things will be paid (after researching my paperwork for a few days). These remain unpaid and my credit is now being impacted. I was hoping for an apology or maybe even an explanation as to why these remain unpaid… but nothing. It’s really disappointing that after spending this kind of money and time with a dealership I’m left with nothing but frustration. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership! Do not buy a car here! More
Zero skill technicians and dishonesty I have issues with my car requiring leaving it so they can verify them but they simply said they can't verify the issues. I bought the car in 1/31/2017 and from the first week I have issues with it and they escape from fixing them. I never recommend this dealer to anyone. All what they care is to get money especially if you don't have warranty. More

He diagnosed t During two visits, Assistant Service Manager Vic Dunbar was excellent in helping me fix an unusual problem with my 2012 Camry Hybrid. He diagnosed the problem, found the parts, checked inventory, ordered those that weren't in stock and made sure they came in the next day for my repair. Then he oversaw the repair itself with a hands-on approach and had the car ready ahead of schedule. Vic is knowledgeable, personal and patient. He's a big reason I'll bring my car back to Chantilly Ourisman Toyota for future repairs! More

The experience was horrible, they lied to me that I would fail inspection for tires and tried selling new tires to me. I went back and forth to Costco to make sure the tires were good and it would pass inspection. Went back to Ourisman and he said it would pass, so I complained to Chris, and he kept on saying he was confused and would not understand the issue. I just gave up and left. DONT GO THIS PLACE, they will Rob you. The only good thing was that I got free inspection. Hello No I am never ever going to this place. More
Great Experience! I called the service number at 7:15 a.m. to plead for an emergency service appointment to repair a flat tire. The service scheduler was courteous and I called the service number at 7:15 a.m. to plead for an emergency service appointment to repair a flat tire. The service scheduler was courteous and accommodating, asking me how far away I was from the dealership, setting up an appointment for my expected arrival, and giving me contact information for my arrival. Jose, the service manager, welcomed me and, as always, provided outstanding help in quickly getting checked. Jose gave me an estimate for how long the repair would take, and he met me in the waiting area within the allotted time to break the good news and bad news to me. The tire was repaired, but there was a repair needed to the front end suspension. He said they needed the car for the day, and he offered a loaner car so that I could go on to work. When I arrived to pick up the car, the valet met me at the cashier counter to escort me to retrieve my car. The cashier was efficient and courteous, and wished me a good evening. Everyone with whom I interacted was courteous, upbeat, and acted like I was their highest priority customer. It was a great experience, all around, even for a last minute, unscheduled repair. More

My advisor not only addressed all of them but did so meticulously enough to recommend extra services covered under my warranty. From getting all of the extra work done quickly to getting a rental.....everything was taken care of without me having to do anything. I got my car back quickly and it drives better than when I dropped it off. Daniel Guarnieri was the advisor this time who's service prompted me to leave this review but everyone else I've dealt with there is phenomenal. Will return even if it seems absurd to take the car to the dealer just for an oil change More
