Optimal car buying experience! I've just bought my new 2015 KIA Optima at Ourisman and it was rather a very pleasant one! I wasn't really expecting to literally "sign & drive" ki I've just bought my new 2015 KIA Optima at Ourisman and it was rather a very pleasant one! I wasn't really expecting to literally "sign & drive" kinda thing but that was just what happened indeed. I had done my homework and out of several internet quotes I received , Ourisman's was the best price. When I walked in I didn't feel harassed nor intimidated by the sales staff. In fact, the interaction was very professional and a personal touch by each one on the team. Jeff Hoyt, the Manager was very instrumental on guiding me through the car purchasing process and I even had a lower APR than what I already had so it was a no brainier to finance thru them. Ryan Scarola was very helpful and took me and my family for a test drive and explained all features and packages available with no pressure whatsoever. Erin from financial got me the best rate for financing as well as explained in great detail all extended warranty / coverage options in addition to the standard 10 years/ 100 K miles. Last but not least Stephanie went over all the cool features and options it was loaded with even in Spanish! My family and I are very happy with the Optima and with the overal experience. I'd definitely recommend Ourisman KIA to anyone who is the market for new or used car. More

Kia Optima LX 2015- First Time Car Buyer!! First of all let me say, I spent a few months doing research on both the Toyota Camry and Kia Optima. Both cars really fascinated me and I wasn't sure First of all let me say, I spent a few months doing research on both the Toyota Camry and Kia Optima. Both cars really fascinated me and I wasn't sure which car I wanted to fully commit to. I was driving a decade old SUV and wasn't sure if a sedan was really fitting after being so used to my old car. However, upon arriving at the dealership, I fell IN LOVE with the Optima. I went early in September and spoke to a few employees about the different Kias. They were SO knowledgeable. I had gone to a few other Kia's as well as other dealerships (Mazda, Toyota, etc), but nobody knew their cars quite like Kia. Hands down, the best dealership I have gone to. My parents are big on Toyota- they have had 5-6 Toyotas in the past 20 years. It was a major change for them, but they too were convinced the Optima was the car for me. The warranty, the luxurious appeal of the car, and the spaciousness really won me over. Oh and the price ;) Our sales rep, David Kim (Young Whan) was such a dear!! He was helpful and knew exactly what he was talking about. He was a great liason between my parents and I. He knew how to make them feel comfortable, as I mentioned they were gung-ho about it Toyotas. He made a few points about his family and his own preference in cars that really just made sense. He was hilarious and easy to talk to. When we finally got to financing the car, Altman Tsang was understanding of our needs and wants without being pushy about the purchase. He asked us questions and interacted with us beyond just negotiating business. He was personable and made us feel welcome. He even practiced a little Spanish with my dad! Even though we got right to business, Altman was friendly and made it a lot easier to get through all the paperwork without dragging it out till close. Haha. It was such a lovely experience working with both David and Altman. They are a great duo! In the end, when I finally was able to move the items from my trade-in into my new Kia, An employee named Stephanie (?) helped us set up the bluetooth in the car and explained how the technology inside of the car functioned. She was a native Spanish speaker which made the conversation flow easily with my parents. She helped me pair my iPhone and showed me how the eco function worked, explained when to use it, and when not to use certain functions. She really knew her Kia facts! Overall, I would DEFINITELY recommend this Kia dealership to all of my friends and family. If it makes any difference, I went to a different Kia delearship on the same day, felt uncomfortable, and left. THIS KIA dealership however, really won me over! More

On Friday, November 7th I emailed Billy and told him I was interested in the Optima. We exchanged numerous emails and by the end of the day we had reached a price we were both comfortable with. I showed up today, November 8th and the car was all preped and ready for me to pick up. Ben Braunstein was my Sales Consultant and took care of my trade-in without an issue and expeditiously processed all my paperwork. Within a few hours I was out the door in my new Optima and could not be happier with the transaction! Billy and his whole team were the most professional none pressure applying sales team I have ever dealt with. I got the car I wanted and never once felt like I was being taken advantage of or pressured into anything. Thanks Billy, Ben and Emmad you have proven that buying a car does does not have to feel like a root canal. More

Within 10 minutes of dropping the vehicle I got a free loaner for 24 hours. I was informed that the car was serviced and ready for pickup by late afternoon. Returning the loaner and picking up the car after the payment was prompt and left me completely satisfied as I foresee no visits throughout the winter. Am so impressed with the loaner, Will ponder whether to buy an additional KIA RIO in the next year or so from Ourisman at Chantilly. More

I actually feel like I wasn't taken advantage of, like previous dealerships have left me. I will definitely return to Ourisman when my lease is over to purchase my next car. How's that saying go?
