Terrible customer service Ourisman Chantilly Kia was more than happy to sell us a brand new car. I got a letter basically stating the engine design is crap and the push rods mi Ourisman Chantilly Kia was more than happy to sell us a brand new car. I got a letter basically stating the engine design is crap and the push rods might randomly fly through the hood at any given point. Apparently I need to make a service appointment to bring my Kia in to have the computer reflashed to put it into "crawl home" mode in the event their defective engine breaks. OK, I can accept the fact that Kia built a motor with a known design flaw that will eventually destroy the motor completely, causing me to have to put a new motor in it. What I have an issue with is that I've left four voice mails with Ourisman Chantilly Kia to make the service appointment and not one call back to get it scheduled. Answering the phone and scheduling an appointment should not take several hours of my time. NEVER will I call Ourisman Chantilly Kia for any reason whatsoever. More

Redeemed their customer loyalty We have been Sorento Owners since around 2012. We have been dealing with Ourisman Kia for all of our Kia purchases. We had a 2012, a 2016, and now a We have been Sorento Owners since around 2012. We have been dealing with Ourisman Kia for all of our Kia purchases. We had a 2012, a 2016, and now a 2019 Sorento. During our 2016 ownership we ran into a snag with the service department (more than once) that almost cost our relationship with them. I won't go into detail about this because it only has small bearing on what this review is meant to say. First I want to say that Billy, the sales manager, more than made up for the faulty service department issues and because of his giving, loyal caring heart won our business in buy-in the new 2019. Not only that he remembered my wife and I from our past purchases and was more than eager to go out of his way to keep us as a repeat customer. We love our car and are grateful for the attention to detail Billy and his crew went to to keep us as customers. Not only that but the Finance manager (after being goaded by me) went above and beyond to make sure we didn't walk out without our car. Good job Ourisman Kia. More

My sales rep, Corinne, was also professional, personable, and relatable. She was patient and incredibly knowledgeable about the car models and its features. Before we started the test drive she immediately began to explain all of the features of the car including clarifying the difference between Gold Certified vehicles and Certified Pre Owned vehicles. After test driving the first vehicle and deciding that particular vehicle wasn’t for me(2015 Optima SX), without hesitation, she got me set up for the next test drive. I ended up deciding on the 2016 Optima EX. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and although it took a few hours to complete, I was never unoccupied so I there was never a point where I felt like I was just waiting. Derek assisted with the finance process and provided a professional and pleasant experience as well. Overall, I was satisfied with the entire process and would consider this dealership on the future. Bait and switch? We contacted Crystal Mullins-Kerns made an appointment to see a specific vehicle that's been on the lot for months. Explained that we were driving an hour and so we asked how we would know it would still be there when we arrived. We were specifically told by Jeanne Wells that it was on the lot and that we would be called if ANYONE even ASKED about it. Drove an hour to see and buy the car. When we arrived, we were told the car was NOT on the lot! Someone else had "suddenly" bought it. Jeanne couldn't be bothered to call, email or text about the "purchase" of the vehicle we drove an hour there to buy. Instead, we were redirected to car that was 2 years older with more than twice the mileage for the same price. REALLY? I guess if you live nearby, you could see what's there, but Jeanne Wells does not keep her word, so don't plan to make a drive to see a vehicle. We were baited and switched. UPDATE: We spoke to the GM Mr Billy Brown this evening. He apologized and stated that he would like to work with us to make this right. We'll see... and will post further updates. More
The Team Made The Trip Well Worth The Drive I live 50 miles from Chantilly, VA and was a bit skeptical about making the drive; however my initial phone contact with Internet Sales Manager Ashlee I live 50 miles from Chantilly, VA and was a bit skeptical about making the drive; however my initial phone contact with Internet Sales Manager Ashlee Reynolds made me more comfortable with visiting and possibly doing business with their team. Upon arriving, I met Sales Manager Christopher Bell and Sales Consultant Christopher Mills who made me feel welcome and appreciated right away. The car buy process was straight forward and very professional. What impressed me most was, I was short on time during my visit and overlooked that the car was missing floor mats and the second key fob. When my daughter arrived to pickup the car days later, Sales Consultant Chris Mills again reviewed all the features and also addressed the issue of the missing items and satisfied our concerns. Mr. Mills also took a photo of daughter posing with her new car capturing a special moment and forwarded the pic to me. The great customer service made the trip worth the drive!!! More

We decided that this car was just what we wanted. Our good friends George/Rhonda Murdock refered us to Ourisman KIA. The whole experience was very good;starting with Sales Manager Christopher Bell. Our salesman Jeanne, and the rest of the team Darius, Chris, Dan and Anthony were all bloody AWESOME! I have had great service many times but none of that compares to someone that can make a stressful process seem absolutely effortless. The whole team helped us to make sure that we got into something that not only worked well for us in our daily lives and financially but they all made sure it was something we loved as well. I know that car shopping can be a very stressful and sometimes scary experience. So If you are considering buying a Kia, I highly recommend going to see the whole team at OURISMAN CHANTILLY KIA VA.
