Be aware of discrepancies in their servicing department prices. This dealership has the highest prices in the area and they will lie to get you to drop off your vehicle. I called the Kia dealership in Ma prices. This dealership has the highest prices in the area and they will lie to get you to drop off your vehicle. I called the Kia dealership in Manassas and Ourisman Chantilly to schedule my first service appointment. I was able to get a time that worked better at Ourisman Chmatilly Kia, however their price (249.99) for the 8,000 mile service was significantly higher than the Kia dealership at Manassas. When I inquired what services were done and realized it was identical, the female at Ourisman Chantilly Kia stated the service would be $160 and she can give me a $10 coupon. I agreed to bring in my Telluride to them and when I arrived to confirm the price, the service front desk employee Aaron stated that he didn't know where I got my information from but that the cost would be $249. I showed him the email that stated I had spoken to them about pricing and he called over his manager and told him I "supposedly" was told $160. I didn't appreciate the tone which intersection I was lying when clearly it was documented on email. They kept asking for a name which I didn't have, but had proof of the email trail. This dealership is expensive, but more importantly, do a poor job of training their employees in the service department. The manager was even less helpful and took no interest in verifying the email that was sent to me. He indicated he would do an oil change and tire rotation for $160 but not the entire maintenancefir the quoted price, which I ultimately agreed to due to my short schedule. I would recommend caution, asking lots of questions on price breakdown when dropping off your vehicle here or better yet going to a different dealership servicing station. More

Came into Ourisman Chantilly Kia on 4/27/2024 evening and had a HORRIBLE experience as a FIRST TIME car purchaser. The sales guy and finance guy were nice BUT the GENERAL Sales Manager was so RUDE! Mind you had a HORRIBLE experience as a FIRST TIME car purchaser. The sales guy and finance guy were nice BUT the GENERAL Sales Manager was so RUDE! Mind you once I came in and went for a test drive on the vehicle, we waited more than 45min to have someone help us regarding the vehicle details. Once he came we had to wait another 30min to talk to the finance department. That’s 1 hour in itself gone! We go into the financing department and start talking numbers. We talked for about an hour getting all the details. Afterwards, I told him that I will think about it and will come back the next day and also talk to my dad to get his insight. They were telling me to call him now and pushing me. I told them 3 TIMES that I will think about it and come back. But everytime I said that, they came back saying we want to find a way for you to purchase your car and he kept going to the general manager asking what more discounts or what more they can do to make me purchase. My problem was the interest. Here comes the general manager walking in like she knows everything that was discussed since I came in. She tells me we are here for this long and I don’t want you walking away without a vehicle. She tries to put some numbers in and says I can’t do anything more and all etc. I told her that I don’t mind the final balance but the interest rate is what is making me hesitant and she starts talking about my credit history. I told her the SAME thing I told the finance guy. I am going to think about it . I have 3 days for this offer and I will come back. She got MAD , she told me that I WASTED ALL OF THEIR TIME 🤯! I was shocked. She said that I came in not wanting to make a deal and that they waited after closing for us. I told her , if it is closing then you should have told the customer can you come back tomorrow since we are closing. She then proceeds to say WE ARE CLOSED, COME BACK TOMORROW AND THAT SHE WAS GOING TO REMOVE THE $250 DISCOUNT SHE GAVE US. LMAO 🤣. I told her to keep her $250. (The sales rep told us that they always offer a Family/Friend discount to there customers so that’s the only thing they can provide us or any customer with. Shes making it seem like she did us a personal favor with that $250. I was furious at this point and told her that it was wrong for her to tell me that I wasted there time and making false claims about me and she proceeds to say yes you did waste our time and said the offer we gave you today won’t be available tomorrow. How so? I thought the offer is locked in and valid for 3 days but OK 🤔. She was very rude , she started getting up and continued making comments and yelling while walking away to the main door. Everyone who was left in the dealership could hear her and she kept talking about me to her colleagues. Wow. Such high school behavior. You honestly need to grow up and learn how to speak professionally. I never heard a dealership tell there customers that they waisted there time, this is insane! I told her it’s my money, buying a first car is not simple. I know you get commission and all but at the end it’s my decision on what I decide to do. It still phases me how she can come and make comments, say he said this, and say that I wasted their time when she wasn’t included in the whole process since I came in. All she did was sit at her computer in the front. I max stayed there for an 1 hour 1/2 not 3 hours. She doesn’t know how long we waited to be seen or helped so her making a bypassing comment like that is ridiculous. I never target a dealership itself since it’s always that 1-2 people that bring a bad name to a company, but I will 💯 say that the General Sales Manager at Ourisman Chantilly Kia is Unprofessional, Rude, and Childish. She made my first time car purchase a xxxx of a nightmare! More

We had a horrible experience with the General Sales Manager who is very unprofessional saying we wasted their time and yelling all across the office , as they want us to purchase a vehicle as soon as we see it. I have been to many dealerships but this is the first time I heard from a Manager saying that we wasted there time. It looks like everyone who walks into there dealership should buy a car. As a customer I have every right to ask/know all the details before we make a purchase its not something just go and get it. She is so unprofessional to say to customers that we were wasting their time. Would not recommend anyone. More

It was driving perfectly when I brought it in (something I was enjoying quite a lot!). This is why I wanted to do service before there was any problem. People were polite and everything seemed great.... But as soon as I started driving my car out the lot, it was pulling left slightly and the ride wasn't smooth anymore with a lot of little bumps. I brought it back and was told all they could do was undo the tire rotation but my tires would wear faster. They checked tire pressure and lug nut tightness and said let them know. Car is still pulling left so much that the lane assist was struggling to keep it centered so I brought it back this morning again and instead of taking accountability and trying to figure out what happened, this time the service manager tried to blame it on potholes like I'm some idiot! I was very insulted. I was supposed to be driving 10hrs to see my niece, not hearing excuses. He got very defensive and said he would refund my money and I can go get serviced back at the dealership I bought my car from. Oh, and he also called another dealership to say don't service me....very unprofessional all around. Never again. More

I recently bought a used scat pack from them and the whole process was xxxx. I know scat pack Kia dealer don’t mix but I think it the ourisman brand in the dmv itself. Buying process zero stars , over priced the car didn’t want to negotiate . Never called me to tell me my tags were ready, it was the day my tags expired I called to see if my tags were in. They told it me it had been there for 2 and half weeks but no call or email from dealer or sales representative. They sold me the car with 3 tires the same size 275 and the front passenger a 245. Their only excuse was “that the factory tire size“. That just tell me they are not fully inspecting these cars. With this type of car that is completely unsafe. They did fix it free of charge but and big on the “BUT” they put 275 hankook tire made specifically for sports suv a summer tire at that when the other tire are all season . I wish I could add pictures because you can’t make this up. So had to buy brand new tires. Decided to give them a second chance with service. I made an appointment a week in advance for an oil change. Granted my car is a big v8 they didn’t have the oil when I came. That fine their is a dodge dealership literally across the street. My appointment was at 11 for just oil change I did not get my car back until 3:45. I made appointment so it not like I just walked in. They told me at 11 they have to buy the oil from the dodge dealership across the street. When I text the service advisor, he text back at 1:31 they just got the oil. Again dodge dealership is across the street I could have walked over and got the oil if that the case. As walking through the lot to kill time it now 2:20my car still in the lot waiting to be serviced. Finally get back my car 3:45.I ended up being almost two hours late for work for a simple oil change. I get my car back everything feels fine except my car feels floaty like I don’t feel much grip on the road. I check my tires psi and I’m sitting at 46 psi on all 4 corners. Recommend psi on the sticker in the door seal which they said they referenced when they sold me the car with 3 tires the same size and 1 smaller Tire says correct psi is 32 psi. At this point I think me and dealership have some underlying issue. I say this maybe jokingly but they might trying to kill me and this point. I don’t know about Kia but I just would not recommend buying used other name brand cars from here. I would go as far saying don’t buy from here they weren’t to great to do business with. More

When I told them the car I wanted to look at, it took 25 minutes for them to find it and then said that they didn't know if they would be able to honor the additional incentive that was happening this weekend. They did honor that, but when we got to finance, after sitting around for hours, we learned that there were charges that were not expected and so the price was more than expected. In addition, their processing fee is $999, which is a lot higher than what we paid at the MD dealership where we purchased our last Kia. In addition, while in the Finance office they told us that the base warranty is 3 years/36,000 miles, but the Kia website touts a 60 month/60,000 base warranty and 10 year powertrain. Be an informed consumer and be very cautious if you are considering purchasing a vehicle here. We walked away after over 5 hours without a new car. I will pay more before I will buy from shady dealers. How this dealer has such high ratings is beyond me. I don't hold any specific employee responsible, I think this is organizational culture. More
We bought a Kia Sportage the weekend of Labor Day & was told there was a $600 military rebate . Ourisman was matching the Kia Rebate of $300.
