The vehicle had less than a year remaining on the lease, about the length of time we expected her to continue driving. Because of a slick, preying salesperson, she walked out of the dealership with a new 3-year lease on a new Kia Soul, which increased her monthly car lease and insurance payments to unaffordable amounts. Six months later she had to give up driving and ended up losing over $10K when all was said and done in order to get out of the lease and dispose of the vehicle. Stay away from this dealership, they take advantage of elderly people, and have no conscience. More

But even though I'm in the thick of parenting, I wanted style to go with the utility of a minivan. When I heard about the Kia Carnival, I was enamored! But the problem was, no one had it and it was hard for me to find the trim level I wanted. I called my guy Angel at Kia Ourisman and he found me a 2024 Kia Carnival SX Prestige and had it shipped to the dealership for us to buy! The car is a dream and we're confident that with the extended warranty, it will last us well into our Kids adolescence. The process to reserve and buy was frictionless and delivery was early. Very happy with the experience and purchase. More

The people at this dealership were very friendly and helpful. Our sales guy was Angel and he was very patient and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I am severely disappointed with the entire Kia enterprise. I’m currently leasing a 2021 Kia Sorento, financed by Kia Motors Finance, by way of Ourisman Chantilly Kia. On or about 24 March 2023, we enterprise. I’m currently leasing a 2021 Kia Sorento, financed by Kia Motors Finance, by way of Ourisman Chantilly Kia. On or about 24 March 2023, we took the vehicle in to Kia because of the Check Engine light illuminating and the truck making flustering noises when on. The vehicle was returned to me after about a week with the engine problem undiagnosed. We were instructed to return the vehicle to the Kia service department if the Check Engine light should return. On 1 May 2023, we returned the vehicle to them due to the light coming back on. Today, it has been about a month of cumulative time that my vehicle has been with them for engine problems, which are still undiagnosed. I’ve spoken with employees at Ourisman Chantilly Kia, and even most recently, the General Manager. The GM promised me, multiple times, that he would prepare possible options for me to move forward to trade in and end the lease, and never delivered even after I reached out (all in e-mail). Not only that he was rude and treated me as if I was a burden. He did not treat me as if I was a loyal customer. I have also reached out to customer care and they have yet to respond or reach out to help resolve this issue I’m having. I have never experienced this lack of service after leasing with Kia for 7 years. I am ready to cease business with the company due to failed contract obligations. The vehicle is 2 years old, I should not be in this position. More

ADDENDUM: When buying my car, I was told by the salesperson that if I completed a survey, they would provide mats for my new car. I completed the survey honestly, answering one question with a "no" salesperson that if I completed a survey, they would provide mats for my new car. I completed the survey honestly, answering one question with a "no". That question asked if the salesperson addressed a certain subject, and because they hadn't I answered honestly. I was then told by the salesperson in a text message that I would not get the mats. There was also a trivial issue with financing, and so I asked to speak with a manager. The finance issue was clarified, and she told me that if I completed a second online review (I'd already done a Google one) on DealerRater, that she would order the mats. I follow up to let them know that I'd done that the same day. Three weeks later, I texted the manager about the status of the mats and was told she wasn't in the office but she kindly asked if she could get back to me the next day, of course that was very reasonable. I didn't hear back, and so another week later I reached out again, this time, no reply, until the next day when I heard from the salesperson again in a text. He told me I would not get the mats because of the original survey. I reminded him of the second review, and he then apologized and stated there was a misunderstanding, that I would get the mats but that they were just ordered the week before and were on backorder and would be in in 5-7 business days. Secondly, because Id' had a good experience initially, I sent my sister by with her husband, she was interested in a Carnival or a Telluride. She stated the experience was pretty subpar. The sales person was very pushy for her to buy something she did not want that was on the lot, and the salesperson had to be asked four times (by her husband) to speak to her as she was the one buying the car because he ignored her and directed the conversation to her husband repeatedly. Thirdly, the service department keeps calling me to schedule my first maintenance appointment with them in April of next year, even once calling to let me know that they scheduled me for a date in April at a random time without checking with me first if that worked for me. Due to my work schedule, I just do not schedule appointments that far in advance. Finally, my trade in was purchased for a certain price and I was due the difference between that and the payoff. There appears to be a discrepancy there. To sum it up, I initially had a good experience, but now am quite leery about further interactions with this dealership. Excellent experience that started online with Crystal. Quick, easy, efficient and very friendly and honest service from Brett (sales) when I arrived to secure the order for my new Telluride, and then more of the same when I returned to pick up my new car just a few days later and ahead of schedule. All of the features were explained in detail, and all questions were answered. I had looked at several other dealerships, including in MD before happening along Crystal online. By far the best experience and also the best price at Ourisman Chantilly Kia. Plan to purchase a car for my daughter next year, and will certainly be in touch with Brett. Also have referred my sister who is interested in a Carnival. Definitely recommend checking out this dealer when looking for a car. More
