let down Kind of disappointed we the fact of car not being washed and the fact that the car was left on the far side of lot .away from service area. Ma is 85, in very good health, just that she brings friends and family to other dealerships and she sees them bring their car around, heater or ac on, washed, door opened for them, etc. just that personal touch. After all this is Cadillac these are foreign dealerships the others go to. More
