However, I used the mobile app to set up an appointment, and it never registered with the service center. As a result, I was there for over 1.5 hours for an oil change. I am very proficient with technology, and know I completed the appointment online, but it never got there. Bill McLean was awesome, as he always is whenever I have gone there for service. More

Feels like home at Otto I purchased my car in 2009 & ever since then, I’ve taken my car to Otto for scheduled maintenance and emergencies. I’m on a first-name basis with ever I purchased my car in 2009 & ever since then, I’ve taken my car to Otto for scheduled maintenance and emergencies. I’m on a first-name basis with everyone & feel respected by everyone, especially Bill McLean who answers all my detailed questions & is patient when dealing with my ”extreme attention to detail.”. I know I pay a little more having work done at the dealership but it’s worth it. They’ve never steered me wrong or tried to sell me a repair I didn’t need. I trust them. This last visit, I also spent time with Ian while I explored extending my warranty. There was no high-pressure sales pitch & I felt at ease dealing with him. Thank you! Krista Hawk More
