So happy to be able to use my touch screen My Touch screen stopped working, Was afraid it would be a large expense. Bill gave me the option to replace the touch screen. It was ordered but I My Touch screen stopped working, Was afraid it would be a large expense. Bill gave me the option to replace the touch screen. It was ordered but I didn't get the notification it was in. Not sure how they notified me. Once I called to see if it was in I was advised it was sent back. A few days later I called again and made an appointment for the following week. It was back at the dealership on the day of my appointment and installed. Thank you for helping me resolve my problem.
