Amber and the entire Service Department at Otto Cadillac did an exceptional job of diagnosing and repairing my issue. She and her team are the perfect examples for other dealerships to follow and to be hon did an exceptional job of diagnosing and repairing my issue. She and her team are the perfect examples for other dealerships to follow and to be honest, any company that provides repair services to their customers. I had a very intermittent issue and Amber did not relent on getting it identified and fixed for me. I am so happy knowing that my issue is finally fixed that I re-created a Facebook account just to provide this review and thank Amber once again for being the definition of the perfect Service Coordinator/Manager. If she’s not at the Manager title yet, she should be and she should be given a team to lead and train so they can learn how to provide exceptional service to customers that will never be forgotten.
