We brought our 2017 Escalade in to have the Navigation system/radio/phone taken care of. After almost $1200 we still have the same problem. Locking up. So you said it needed a software up grade. Another a system/radio/phone taken care of. After almost $1200 we still have the same problem. Locking up. So you said it needed a software up grade. Another almost $200 we have the same problem. We left to come back to Florida a couple of days later. We will be back in NY mid May 2025. Lets see if you can get it right then. More
