While everything was discribed & they were very good about setting everything up for us...I suspect that a refresher course would be very helpful in a week or so as there is so much to learn & understand! I would recommend this experience with Otto to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

The usual fine service I have been to Otto at least five times over the last two and a half years and the service department has always been courteous and efficient. Waiting area is comfortable and neat and the vehicles are fun to ogle. I haven’t returned again because of an incomplete or botched repair. Says a lot about the Otto dealership! More
