Hello and thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about the pollen that was all over your car. Unfortunately this time of year every car in our lot is covered with pollen and we try our best to keep our lot and customers cars as clean as we can. Because of the inconvenience I would like to offer you a free wash and vacuum. Even if you aren't in for service you can come by, get your car washed and the inside vacuumed free of charge or obligation. Also, I will check on the parts status for you as well. Unfortunately due to world-wide supply chain issues due to COVID, parts have been getting to the dealership slower than usual since the start of the pandemic.
