They immediately looked at the vehicle and determined that the wiper blade attachment screw had come loose. The quickly fixed this issue and had me back on the road within less then 30 minutes! No one still answered when I went in at 8 o’clock I asked what time you opened and he said seven I got snippy and said woman why would anybody answer the phone. A young lady spoke up and asked what number was I calling. Then she gave me the correct number. . After that a gentleman asked me about the one 800 number. He said he would call IT and figure out why that one 800 number was not working. The staff was awesome. The service department did an incredible job.
