I went back to Orr to purchase m I am a repeat customer,I purchased my first Murano used from Orr and still have it 206,000 miles later and going. I went back to Orr to purchase my next Murano since I had a great experience then and the quality of the Murano. I purchased my next Murano for $31,874.00, and put $4,000 dollars down which would bring it to $27,874. The finance department charged a $3,999.00 service contract and also charged for services that were free such as the tire protection, key phobe replacement, window repair, and a $999.00 gap insurance that we said we didn’t want. When I went to pick up my paperwork I questioned these charges and the finance manager said they had to put them on there so they could keep up with the services when used. After getting my loan statement it said we were financing $33,603.00. Why am I being charged! I will not recommend this establishment. More

Sales person was fine, but after everything was said and done the finance manager had jacked up the price by $4k with a service contract that was never mentioned. We didn't notice until we got the title wor done the finance manager had jacked up the price by $4k with a service contract that was never mentioned. We didn't notice until we got the title work back on the car. They all mentioned the tire and window add on for $400, but not once ever mentioned the $4k service add on. Definitely leaves you feeling taken advantage of. More
