Out of State Purchaser Has Great Experience I was looking for a used Jeep Wrangler for my daughter who had very specific requests on the color of the Jeep and features it was equipped with. I l I was looking for a used Jeep Wrangler for my daughter who had very specific requests on the color of the Jeep and features it was equipped with. I live in Oklahoma City, OK and was struggling to find the right Jeep at the right price. I found one on Orr's website that met all of her wishes and contacted Orr online. Mike Phang contacted me by email as I requested. He quickly provided answers to my questions and provided me additional pictures that I had requested. Mike was completely open and honest about a couple blemishes on the Jeep (a small dent in rear bumper and a couple small holes in the seat fabric and sent me pictures of them without me even asking about them. We were able to quickly reach an agreeable purchase price for the Jeep contingent upon me coming to Fort Smith to inspect it and test drive it. I told Mike we would be there first thing in the morning and we were. They had the Jeep washed and parked out front ready for me to inspect and test drive. Everything checked out OK and was exactly how Mike had presented it to me online. We bought the Jeep that morning and drove it back to Oklahoma City. We were offered extended warranties and the like but there was absolutely no pressure to buy them, even when we opted not to. That was very nice. All around a great car buying experience - And I hate buying cars. Thanks Mike for all your help. More

quick response and repair to Murano had issue with wiper blade mechanism failing last night in the rain. Went to Orr Nissan this morning and walked in without an appointment. They imm had issue with wiper blade mechanism failing last night in the rain. Went to Orr Nissan this morning and walked in without an appointment. They immediately looked at the vehicle and determined that the wiper blade attachment screw had come loose. The quickly fixed this issue and had me back on the road within less then 30 minutes! Not many dealers will take care of your vehicle that quickly without an appointment. More
