Our Salesman was JP and he was awesome and we loved dealing with him. He was very helpful and did all he could to make it easy on us. The problem was that we arrived at 12:45 pm and only looked at on dealing with him. He was very helpful and did all he could to make it easy on us. The problem was that we arrived at 12:45 pm and only looked at one car and only test drove one car, and we did not leave the dealership until after 6:00 pm. We did not even haggle over the price but instead we spent most of our time alone waiting. After staying there for over 5 hours we were asked to come back the next day which we did and it was completely worthless. The people we dealt with were outstanding but we would never go back to this dealership or recommend the dealership for anyone based on the fact that we spent over 6 hours at the dealership, and most of that time was alone and just waiting. For that waiting we were given no explanation and no apologies for the waiting. The issue also was that there were very few people at the dealership so it was not crowded. More

Buying from Orr Nissan was the best expearence I have had in buying a vehicle. They were very easy to talk to and answered every question I asked straight forward with out any run around, the salesperson tha in buying a vehicle. No pressure staff. Brad was the sales guy, I called to see if it was still there. He got the car moved and and ready when we pulled in.
