This my review of Orr Nissan in Fort Smith AR, well more of a consumer warning. First I would like to say that the front line customer service and sales was fantastic. My sales person went above and beyon of a consumer warning. First I would like to say that the front line customer service and sales was fantastic. My sales person went above and beyond and she never gave up on trying to get me into what I wanted. It all went down hill once the deal went to management. I already knew the challenges of buying an older model high mileage vehicle but I wanted this one and I am ready to down size. Then my want seemed to be mistaken for desperation. The vehicle I wanted was already priced $2500 more than similar was being sold in the area but I wanted this one. At $16895, I was putting nearly $5000 down and my trade in was in A+++ shape and value. When the deal was finally approved and brought to me my jaw dropped. What was brought to me was a payment rage. The final deal was being hidden from me and not transparent at all. I immediately had to ask what was being financed and interest rate and they kept saying they wanted more cash down so it would look better for the bank. Even after this request, they still would not show me the numbers. Already very bad business. I had to make several request to see the numbers. Once they finally brought them out, I could not believe it. I really don’t know how stupid they thought I was, but WOW. They vehicle was now $18000. They said by raising my trade in they had to raise there price so the bank will think it is a good deal. What bank is this? How would and why would they think this is a great deal? Now they are wanting me to buy an 18 year old high mileage vehicle at $4800 over retail market value? Then I saw the almost $1000 in GAP Insurance they were trying to finance in. Exactly what gap are you trying to insure? Oh the big gap they have now created. Then the additional interest and taxes. This is totally nothing but greed. They could of made a very fair deal and still made money. They were going to make a killing off my trade in as they were still offering lower than what it would go for at the wholesale dealers auction for a high in demand vehicle. Instead they took me for a desperate fool and tried to squeeze out every dime they could. BEWARE if you purchase here be very aware. They will absolutely without a blink of an eye take advantage of you. You and I are not a valued customer but an object ripe for the picking. The fantastic front line customer service is just a front for very bad things happening in the background. More

We were in the market for a new truck and Brad Cartmill helped us in every way! He was very professional and knowledgeable in each area of the vehicles on the lot, and really catered to our wants and needs helped us in every way! We also had our 10 month old son with us and Brad was very interactive with our son and understanding of having a little one. We really enjoyed our experience and will buy from Brad for our next vehicle! We still had a good experience with Brad, however, now that we’re a month in it has been a nightmare. Y’all set us up on the smart payment plan, but never advised who our loan was actually through. Now we’re getting notifications from Smart Payment that they don’t know who to send the money to so they need us to call and give them the info. We have no idea so we call ORR Nissan and the finance department won’t answer the phone. I call back and ask Anna if there is a manager I can talk to and she tell me no and that she can give them my info. I’m getting frustrated and she starts kind of chuckling and getting a tone with me like it’s not her problem and she could care less. I will definitely not be buying another vehicle from ORR Nissan because the after purchase experience and customer service is terrible. And the finance department still hasn’t called us back More
Our Salesman was JP and he was awesome and we loved dealing with him. He was very helpful and did all he could to make it easy on us. The problem was that we arrived at 12:45 pm and only looked at on dealing with him. He was very helpful and did all he could to make it easy on us. The problem was that we arrived at 12:45 pm and only looked at one car and only test drove one car, and we did not leave the dealership until after 6:00 pm. We did not even haggle over the price but instead we spent most of our time alone waiting. After staying there for over 5 hours we were asked to come back the next day which we did and it was completely worthless. The people we dealt with were outstanding but we would never go back to this dealership or recommend the dealership for anyone based on the fact that we spent over 6 hours at the dealership, and most of that time was alone and just waiting. For that waiting we were given no explanation and no apologies for the waiting. The issue also was that there were very few people at the dealership so it was not crowded. More

Buying from Orr Nissan was the best expearence I have had in buying a vehicle. They were very easy to talk to and answered every question I asked straight forward with out any run around, the salesperson tha in buying a vehicle. We drove 4 hours to buy a car from Brad because he was so personable over the phone. He got us into the exact car we wanted at the a price we could afford.
