Started great---total disappointment at the end. Spent 3 1/2 to 4 hours going thru paperwork and such being told we had a deal. Sales manager and assistant sales manager got involved and assured him it was a done deal only to switch at the last minute and tell him that they had looked at the wrong invoice and couldn't sell the truck for the agreed price. Offered to sell at a couple thousand higher instead. The customer is required to stand by their word to purchase but dealership can retract anything and think that you are in love with the vehicle enough by that time to pay the larger price. I'm sorry but that is not a credible way to treat a customer and is totally unacceptable. Brandon and other sales rep did an excellent job. No problem with their work. We went next door and bought a Colorado at the price they agreed to . More
