My last encounter with the service department was a disaster. This time, however, I went in on the morning of February 9, 2021 and it was like night and day. The change was wonderful! Steven was SO kind and understanding and he tended to our comfort as well as our vehicle. For the first time in the last couple of years, I drove my F-150 out of the shop feeling safe and secure. Larry introduced himself to us and was also so welcoming. Our truck was washed and just looked and drove great!! I could not have been more pleased and frankly, I'm pretty hard to please.
