Not up to their usual high quality of service. Brought my truck in for usual service interval. This would have included changing spark plugs, oil change, multi-point inspection and rotating tires. In the past I would usually receive a printed copy of the inspection report, this time I didn't. When I questioned service advisor he told me they were having computer problems. The technician should have been able to provide a report filled in by hand. The tires were not rotated either. I have this done every time I have the truck serviced because my service intervals are long, 9000 miles. I spent over $400 to have the spark plugs changed. A little more attention should have been placed on the other service aspects. I have been taking my truck in for servicing at Orr ever since I bought it from them in 2016 and they have usually performed the service to my satisfaction. More
