Exceeding Service Expectations with Adante Cameron Orlando Mini has been a great dealership for me since moving to FL 5 years ago, however, this week, the experience was even better than ever! We are Orlando Mini has been a great dealership for me since moving to FL 5 years ago, however, this week, the experience was even better than ever! We are in the process of moving to New England and wanted to get my Mini checked out and prepared for life in a cold snowy climate. We found out during the service that we needed a new clutch at approximately $1,600. Adante pro-actively worked to get the clutch covered under warranty, saving us this added expense that we really didn't need with the move. The service experience with Adante and Orlando Mini exceeded all of our expectations and we will be sorry to leave such a great dealership! Thank you Adante! Ann Smith More
ANTHONY BROOKS! He knows what he is doing better than anyone I bought a new mini 2015 in Orlando mini. When they delivered it for me I found a couple of issues regarding some damage and a missing mirror cap. I h I bought a new mini 2015 in Orlando mini. When they delivered it for me I found a couple of issues regarding some damage and a missing mirror cap. I have talked to manager Dan told me I need to bring my car to Orlando to fix it. I live in Jax.. I wasn't happy for drive down to Orlando but I did. SM Dan told me he doesn't have any problem give my money back bout willing to give him a chance to fix it. So I did. 2 wks after Dan sent me an email my car is ready to pick up. So I drove down to pick up my car.. I couldn't believe what i see.. There are dent on my car and another scratches plus..previous scratches didn't even fixed properly . I said to Dan.." I'm not sure about this I bought a new car this is not acceptable" He said " You signed it It's yours ..Get a Lawyer" and He walked away.. Yes WOW.. That was the Sales Manager how treated client. Anthony Brooks stood up and said he will fix my car and bring it back to me.. But I already couldn't trust Orlando mini. GM Mike offered me 2 options 1: fix the car here 2. bring the car to Tombush (mini in Jax) Of course I did choose option 2. Because, I didn't want to dealing with anymore. ..They keep beat my car How could I??? So I brought my car to Mini in Jax they estimated to fix it $2000. Orlando GM Denied to pay. Probably from the beginning he doesn't want to pay not even one penny anyways. I understand they have to make money.. It was pretty disappointed how they treat customer. I was so mad... So I told Anthony All i want is just fix my car and done for this big time headache situation. I almost cried....Guess what Anthony did.. He drove to Jax..gave me a loaner and drove back to Orlando ... fixed it as it supposed to be and brought my car back. Now I'm enjoying my car every single min. This is what I'm talking about.. This is Customer care.. Anthony doesn't get nothing. He didn't have to involved himself in this situation.. but He did.. because he cares. Fields matter??? yes if there are no clients it doesn't matter... Do you have mini and your car has a problem?? Go to see Anthony Brooks.. He knows what he does.. He will take care of you .. I could gave all 5 stars for Anthony. Sales parts don't even deserve ONE Star. More
Adante Cameron , goes OUT OF HIS WAY to help !!!! I recently had the pleasure of Adante handling my service issue ( an emergency ), which he was able to fit my in THAT day AND replace the front brakes I recently had the pleasure of Adante handling my service issue ( an emergency ), which he was able to fit my in THAT day AND replace the front brakes with a minimal amount of wait time !! Not only that , he helped me with 2 different warranty issues that no one else was able to get results on . He had the broken parts reviewed , then got me scheduled to have the parts replaced free of charge !! EVERYONE else I turned to was a dead end . I am VERY grateful that this guy REALLY cares and wants to make the customer feel like they are doing everything they can to keep us happy and satisfied . I had considered going to another dealer , even though it is out of the way , but decided to give Orlando MINI another chance . What a great move that was as Adante came through with flying colors on that . And re-instilled my good feeling about the dealership . I want to feel good about their service department and thanks to Adante, I REALLY do again !! Orlando MINI is lucky to have him and I am glad he is there . I now feel like I can rest easy , knowing he has my best interests' in his mind and is not afraid to go the extra mile to make sure I am happy about my service experience !! GREAT GUY !! ASK for him when you go , you will not regret it !!! More

Last December 2014, I set off to secure an appointment with Mini Orlando for the annual service visit of my well-kept, low mileage 2007 Mini Cooper S. After walking in for my scheduled appointment, I was courteously met for the first time by Mr. Anthony Brooks, Service Advisor. Mr. Brooks wholeheartedly welcomed me; and, from the start, revealed to me his special abilities. I immediately came to realize the benefits of Anthony Brooks' commitment to intelligent service. Mr. Brooks answered all of my questions knowledgeably about EVERY aspect of my Mini Cooper S. He helped guide my understanding of the mechanical issues I was experiencing in easy-to-understand language with expertise. On an unexpected visit the following month ... Mr. Brooks went the extra mile by accommodating the logistics of bringing my vehicle from Gainesville. Furthermore, Mr. Brooks and his team at Mini Orlando Service took the extra days to get to the TRUE cause of the engine issue affecting the vehicle's performance. Mr. Brooks maintained a high degree of professionalism and honesty; and, a good spirit of accommodation, even when working amidst my fluctuating schedule. Anthony Brooks epitomizes the qualities of: genuine concern for customers, profound personal attention, and sincere desire to find solutions. I am certain that but for him, I would not have had what became a stress-free experience servicing my Mini Cooper S. It is my hope that you, too, will acknowledge Anthony Brooks' special character and skills – which are exemplary, and are rare in this day and age. The service they have provided after several very disappointing visits to another Florida Mini Dealer returned my vehicle to the enjoyable Mini it was when I first purchased it. Their ability to diagnose and repair my issues and their diligence to locate problems that the previous dealer's service department said did not exist is beyond outstanding!!! Their attention to detail goes above and beyond. Anthony himself checked with me regularly and kept me fully up to date on where my vehicle was in the repair process! Since my visit there my Mini Cooper is running better than ever all problems resolved and I am once again enjoying Mini Motoring. make no mistake if you are interested in owning a Mini - this is the place to get one and have it serviced.
