I arrived at Volvo of Edison, I did not have an appointment scheduled. I did a walk in. Robert greeted me courteous and friendly. He asked me what service I needed. I replied and said 25,000 m appointment scheduled. I did a walk in. Robert greeted me courteous and friendly. He asked me what service I needed. I replied and said 25,000 mile service. He immediately responded you should not need one. I replied the car says that. He checked the system and shared that I did not need service until 30,000 miles. He indicated he would reset the at and I asked to change the windshield wipers. He did and I was serviced and on my way within an hour or less. Staff is very courteous and professional. More
Another Example of a Commitment to Service I've had good experience with Volvo of Edison for quite a few years. Although I was living in Maryland at the time, I bought my car here in 2012 as a I've had good experience with Volvo of Edison for quite a few years. Although I was living in Maryland at the time, I bought my car here in 2012 as a certified pre-owned vehicle and was happy with the purchase process. A new job brought me within reasonable driving distance in 2015 and since then I've had the car serviced consistently at Volvo of Edison. My most recent visit reinforced my high opinion of the service department. When the need for a part delayed the completion of the work, I was offered a loaner so I could keep an appointment. In the end, the work was finished in time for me to leave in my own car, but I appreciated the offer. I also appreciated the discount I was given on the service as goodwill gesture and apology for the delay. More

Dent fix- But not the paint work on Dent 1st visit- I went to fix my dent and take the loaner car. They hold my car for 3 days for nothing. I heard the dent guy didn't come. (Then why they ho 1st visit- I went to fix my dent and take the loaner car. They hold my car for 3 days for nothing. I heard the dent guy didn't come. (Then why they hold my car for 3 days?) 2nd visit- after that, about 3 weeks after, they set up another appointment. Yes, they fixed the dent but not the paint work on the dent. I was told that I need to set up another appointment for the paint work. 3rd visit- went to pick up my car registration and plate about 2 months after car buying, tried to set up appointment for paintwork. The manager went out with a spray and a cloth. Then sprayed and wiped, said "DONE" in less than 5 minutes. Is it that too EASY? then why didn't they do when I visited? AND that's it????? They provide very poor service. I am so doubt that we can call them as "professional" ?? More

Greetings. Our initial contact with making the appointment was great, the woman who I spoke to deserves 5 stars. The day I brought the car in I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris W. . He seemed knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He is what every business needs. He also deserves 5 stars! But I picked up my car and noticed that my car that was serviced was damaged! I was stunned, upset, disappointed and not sure of what happen to my car. ( that I just paid a lot of money to get repaired. !!! I still would like to know what happen, obviously there is no check and balance system before bringing the car out. So with that being said not sure about your dealership. This is the third car we purchased. I do have pictures to show the damage. I do know that no one is perfect but this episode was unacceptable. Therefore no stars for this. In ending Nit sure I could return or recommend your dealership. More
