It really showed me that he cared about me, the customer. He was pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process. He worked quickly and did things behind the scenes so that the least amount of time was needed to do the required paperwork when I showed up to pick up the car (securing financing and handling the insurance). The day of the sale he stayed late to make sure I was all squared away and even offered to stay around as long as needed to answer questions about the car. 10/10 would buy again (and ask for Kevin)! Simply The Best Took my Volvo in for service on 12\12/16 ,I was experience some mechanical issues so I called Up Chris Lasso and his stellar service team and made my Took my Volvo in for service on 12\12/16 ,I was experience some mechanical issues so I called Up Chris Lasso and his stellar service team and made my appointment, I must state that making the appointment itself is a wonderful no hassle experience where right away your put a t ease and just know you service is going to be exceptional, Chris asked me what was good for me, to describe the problem and promptly put me at ease with the reassurance all would be taken care of Chris also asked me if I wanted to wait or need a loaner and or a ride to a mall or diner .Truly making sire I was not inconvenienced and at ease Upon my arrival my car was diagnosed as quickly as possible and a walk around and then a driven inspection was done. I as instantly at ease and knew everything would be ok My car was delivered on time as promised and I also was given a courtesy car wash and left the dealer 100 percent satisfied .I know if I ever have an issue Chris Lasso and his team will go above and beyond to keep me comfortable and make sure my car gets the care and attention it needs Doesn't get any better then that My only issue would be that while you wait they might want to offer bagel, muffins or doughnut's in there lounge area it would make the experience that much more enjoyable More
