The service manager Chris Lasasso explained us what was the culprit of a problem (crack in fuel delivery pipe) and in half an hour the faulty detail was replaced by tech Olesky D. Cindy Innacelli became available and was very friendly from the start. Honestly, Volvo was not our first choice until we met Cindy. Her knowledge and genuine pride of the brand was infectious. Needless to say, we bought our new Volvo from Cindy and have never been happier with our experience. This will not be the last Volvo we buy from her. I also want to make a note that while we were with her, there seemed to be a lot of customers in the service department that just stopped to say hi and thank her which I thought was a nice sign.
