No dealers in the Tri-State area had one available--even though Cindy didn't have one available I was in the market for a hard-to-find R-Design XC40. Throughout the entire process, she gave white glove service until the day of delivery when she even put a bow on the car when we came to pick it up. The contract was cancelled in November and the dealership has yet to give me my money back. According to Fidelity Warranty Services, the underwriter, I am entitled to a refund because vehicle was repurchase. More
