Repair not only made, but placed us in danger!!! Brought car in to fix sound coming from rear of car. Waited long time & then told sound located & fixed -- but service manager said 'not' to use hand Brought car in to fix sound coming from rear of car. Waited long time & then told sound located & fixed -- but service manager said 'not' to use hand brake again. Asked why and told cable rusted but not replaced & hand brake doesn't have to be used. Husband questioned if cable rusted and bad, why not told why car on lift so we could O.K. its replacement while still there. Service mgr. had no response so husband left and car sat for days while we tried to find another Volvo expert. We did & were told that cable not attached & why hand brake shaking. There's more to this story but we're taking it to our charge company, Consumer Affairs, the Star Ledger fraud column and the BBB until the matter is resolved. We paid hundreds of dollars for the repair. The repair wasn't made and put us in danger not being able to use hand brake. We were customers here for many years for our two Volvos presently owned. We will never go here again. More

Once again a pleasant experience ! Very clean, welcoming, along with the professionalism . Additionally , the loaner was a 2020 xc/90 ,which was extremely a joy to drive .
