It helped a lot that I had requested quotes from several dealers and had a good idea for what a good price will be. They gave me a better deal that the best quote I had received. (They and most dealerships will only acknowledge written quotes only). It took a long time with financing and to finally get to drive the car home but that is usually how it goes. Overall the sales agent, manager and the finance person all were very friendly and worked with me and my budget. I do recommend this dealership for new cars. (My used/certified car purchase experience was not too great). More

Stereotypical Sleazy Dealership This place is a prime example of what a sleazy dealership is. Lures you in with low quotes and refuses to honor anything agreed up. I received an This place is a prime example of what a sleazy dealership is. Lures you in with low quotes and refuses to honor anything agreed up. I received an itemized quote via email from salesperson Leyvis Torres and confirmed over the phone that it was an out the door price over the phone. Leyvis is nowhere to be found when I arrive with salesperson Andy stepping in. Andy of course claims he has no idea what is going on and proceeds to use every shady dealer tactics (up sell, adding additional fees, lying, etc) to make the sale. Andy's manager (didn't get his name) then claims all dealerships use scam tactics to add to the final price. This of course isn't true. There are plenty of dealers willing to provide out the the door prices and honor them. Thankfully I had obtained financing elsewhere and entered the dealership with check in hand. This really limited their options to try to sneak fees in. Needless to say I left the dealership without giving them any business and I would suggest everybody else avoid them also. More

When I asked for what the fees are, she would not and says it's their "policy" to work that only in the showroom. I told her that I understand their strategy and asked her to not to call me again and she just hangs up. I have had a similar bad experience from this dealership a few years ago and I was hoping that they have improved but I guess some are born sleazy and you cannot change them... STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP More

That was not the case today with Willie Rodriguez. Willie is a skilled salesman, listened to what we wanted, asked the right questions and ultimately sold us the car we were looking for. I have purchased many new cars over the years and this was the best car buying experience. Highly recommend Willie and Open Road Honda. More
