What a waste of time, not even 1 star I was contacted via email from Open Road Honda, Edison which stated that Open Road Honda, Edison will beat any written offer from any other competito I was contacted via email from Open Road Honda, Edison which stated that Open Road Honda, Edison will beat any written offer from any other competitor by $500. My wife and I went to Open Road Honda, Edison with printout of DCH Kay Honda offer of 'on-the-road' price and requested to beat that price by $500. We were given the run around by making us talk to various sales representatives (Jhordy, Vanessa and someone else) without anyone in charge of making the final decision. After wasting 2.5 hours the final offer was $46 less than DCH Kay Honda. Now I get Open Road Honda, Edison dealership strategy, get the customer into the dealership via an email stating that they will beat any written offer by $500 then talk in circles to tire out the customer so that they will just take Open Road Honda, Edison offer instead of going somewhere else. I will ensure that my network of friends and family know about this and do not fall for it. More

Crooks. Sold me an extended warranty that they said was for 100k miles and 8 years after the initial warranty. Turns out the fine print says that it’s 8 years total, including the standard 3 year Honda war for 100k miles and 8 years after the initial warranty. The finance manager plainly told me “well you should have looked at the fine print for yourself.” $1700 for nothing.
