Unbelievably unprofessional dealership! I went into the Edison Open Road Honda today for an oil change and to have them resolve 4 recalls on this vehicle. They refused me service because of a less than per Edison Open Road Honda today for an oil change and to have them resolve 4 recalls on this vehicle. They refused me service because of a less than perfect survey I had filled out. Eric Thompson, the Service Manager, approached me and actually said: “I see here in my system that you gave us a bad service review a couple of months ago. That’s very bad for us. So, we’ve made a decision about you. Here are your keys. We will not do business with you ever again. Please go”. I immediately left and called Honda USA to file a complaint. You be the judge! More

Great Service I was looking for a used van since mine was older and I wanted an Odyssey. I saw some good deals at different places but they fell thru for one reaso I was looking for a used van since mine was older and I wanted an Odyssey. I saw some good deals at different places but they fell thru for one reason or another. I then saw a car I liked on the Open Road website and went to see it. Met with Willie who was real friendly and basically I just told him what I was looking to leave with and we were able to make the deal. When I got the car home, there was some real damage on it that I did not see. I went back and met with the service manager who did not hesitate to say they would fix it at no charge. They also fixed the alignment which I had missed. They also waited for a check from my lien holder and still let me take the car with just the deposit. I was very happy with the way they treated me. Led by Gercino Soares and so many great salesmen like Mike Cislo and others my friends have bought cars from, I would never go anywhere else. Friendly, competent and knowledgeable this team is the best. I've brought my parents, my sister and my friends to Open Road and they've all either leased or purchased new Hondas. My lease on my Accord is up in October and I already know I'll be going to Open Road. More
