Sold dangerous used car. I bought a used car from them about 3 months ago have only driven about two weeks in the entire three months because all the other times it has been i I bought a used car from them about 3 months ago have only driven about two weeks in the entire three months because all the other times it has been in the repair shop broke down on the highway dangerously I almost got hit by tractor trailer then the steering went shocks went everything went on this truck it should never have been sold it's a very dangerous vehicle to be driven they will sell you anything they are not good they are liars then when I called again when my steering broke and its a snowstorm they said have no loaner car so they said just bring it back Monday and see what we can do ..so now i drivr in snowstorm with no steering..this car is never on the road it's always in the repair shop to look it up on the computer and now all the sudden Open Road Honda has no loaner cars I would never go there ..do not buy from them... buyer beware. More

Most horrible experience ever We went in to buy Honda Pilot exl and after a test drive, when we asked for pricing the sales manager walked in. Car touch up paint on my new car that I bought When I bought the car on February 21 I thought everything is ok to my car and after few days . They used brown touch up paint to black to cover up the chips of my car so I went to the dealer and they are telling me that they don't know nothing and who knows I did it and they will give only discounted rate for the repair .
