Very Rude -Dishonest After the first visit, over the phone they agreed for a price. During the final bill, they showed some hidden charges. When we were asking to remove those and why it wasnt told earlier, a manager came in , took over the Argument. Then he didn't listened to us. Finally insulted us by saying "you don't have to buy" and asked us to leave for just requesting to remove the hidden cost. Who ever goes their please discuss the Final On The Road Price with them . They will not say it, They will say some % and then say "you are an adult don't you think " - This is the same word that Manager told us. More

Biggest mistake. It took me 2.5 hours to get into the finance office and then that was another bunch of promises made and broken. Not to mention my sales man never even delivered the vehicle to me. He gave me the keys and told me where it was. He didn't show me any features. I had to read the manual and search online for features on the new civic and how to use them or set them up. This dealership has no moral. I know the auto business is what it is but wow does this dealer really set the expectation for getting ripped off and thrown around as a customer. They say one thing and when it comes down to it they're adding in a bunch of "hidden fees" and going back on their word. Open Road Honda really needs to work on how they operate and treat customers. Never again, I'll be taking my vehicle to DCH on Route 9 for maintenance and anything else from this point forward. More

Sold dangerous used car. I bought a used car from them about 3 months ago have only driven about two weeks in the entire three months because all the other times it has been i I bought a used car from them about 3 months ago have only driven about two weeks in the entire three months because all the other times it has been in the repair shop broke down on the highway dangerously I almost got hit by tractor trailer then the steering went shocks went everything went on this truck it should never have been sold it's a very dangerous vehicle to be driven they will sell you anything they are not good they are liars then when I called again when my steering broke and its a snowstorm they said have no loaner car so they said just bring it back Monday and see what we can do ..so now i drivr in snowstorm with no steering..this car is never on the road it's always in the repair shop to look it up on the computer and now all the sudden Open Road Honda has no loaner cars I would never go there ..do not buy from them... buyer beware.
