Very Bad service I gave my Honda Accord for an oil Change.After inspecting the vehicle as part of the oil change package ,they recommended me a set of services includi I gave my Honda Accord for an oil Change.After inspecting the vehicle as part of the oil change package ,they recommended me a set of services including Transition fluid change and few other things which I did as part of my 30K mile service 5 months ago in the same service center.When I mentioned the same they they said sorry, you don't have to do in that case.I am wondering what kind of inspection they are doing.Finally I got my car and later when I checked after reaching home the Oil life indicator was showing still the 15% which was there before.They didn't reset the oil life indicator when I gave the vehicle for an oil change!!Really?I was not sure if they had changed the oil at all.I checked the Engine Oil level, looks like they have changed it.But very Poor service. More

He answered all my questions and concerns and based on that he came up with the best opinions for me. He made me feel at ease with this major decision. Crooks! Went in to see a Honda Pilot. After negotiationing a price for the car. And promising me that I will leave with the car same day, they pulled my credi Went in to see a Honda Pilot. After negotiationing a price for the car. And promising me that I will leave with the car same day, they pulled my credit score to tell me that I would have to wait until they contact the bank for an approval. Stating me score was 618. (which I know couldn't have been true)told them to forget about it and I wasn't interested in waiting 2 days until they got an approval. I got my car from another dealer. And there my score was 680. ( see how they lied about my score) To find out they still submitted my info to get an approval when I didn't make any deal with them. I do not and will NEVER reccommend anyone to go to this place. VIP Honda in N. Plainfield helped me out and I left with the car I wanted, the color I wanted, not only that but a higher model for a great price. More

Henry was courteous, patient, honest and kind. we were treated great and walked away with a super great deal. Henry made us feel important and welcome. He answered all our questions thoroughly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Open Road Honda highly to family and friends and will certainly be back for all future servicing needs as well as any future auto purchases. Great experience......do not hesitate! After saying all the right things when he and I first met, I made a decision and came back 90 minutes later ready to buy -- then his mood all suddenly changed. I would not recommend this dealership. Henry posted as "my friend" and "trying to earn my business" at first, then his attitude had a complete 180 degree change upon my return later that day. He came back with a number nowhere near my price and was dismissive of me. Do not buy from here. Period. They do not deserve your business. Go to Freehold Honda instead. The ratings on this website speak for themselves. This dealership doesn't even post profiles of their employees on this review site; Honda of Freehold does -- taking ownership of their place of business -- unlike this this dealership. More

Unfortunately, I had an issue with the starter. I took it back in and a young lady by the name of Stephanie in the service department was rude and dismissive. She most certainly should not be in customer service if she does not like working with people. I was told by the Sales Manager that the Service Manager would call me back - never heard from anyone. Service is EVERYTHING after you have bought the car. If they are unable to deliver in that area, they FAIL in my opinion. I would not recommend this dealership. More

Highly unprofessional Service center Called in to make an appointment for recalls on my Honda CR-V 2011, I was told we can't serve you because you had given poor rating in past.
