Fraudulent and Rude Sales Practices - Never ever Worst dealership ever. I with my young family waited over 4-5 hours and after getting to the finance person, they gave me an interest rate of c. 5% de Worst dealership ever. I with my young family waited over 4-5 hours and after getting to the finance person, they gave me an interest rate of c. 5% despite a decent score; then they trapped into buying the extended warranty saying Bank would give lower the interest rate charge in that case. Also, the finance individual lied I cannot refinance the vehicle in that case. After naively agreeing to their terms, I inquired with the Bank in question directly and they confirmed they do not recommend such additional warranty purchases and I am free to refinance. There was unconscious bias to my background throughout the dealing with remarks such as "I know you guys", "the interest charge is better than where you come from"... When I provided the bad rating in Honda's survey and next visited their premises to have the promised free accessory installed, I was asked to leave at once (for giving bad ratings in manufacturer’s survey) while my car was still in Service Center. Never had such a terrible sales experience ever in my life. Bunch of rude and dishonest people in Finance and Management. Would NOT recommend going to this place to buy a car. Lesson learnt too late- read all their reviews before purchasing.. If you already feel trapped, you should highlight that in manufacturer survey, report to BBB, file a complaint with State Attorney General, etc all, see "real car tips" website for full details on how to deal with Dealers in such cases. More

Very Bad service I gave my Honda Accord for an oil Change.After inspecting the vehicle as part of the oil change package ,they recommended me a set of services includi I gave my Honda Accord for an oil Change.After inspecting the vehicle as part of the oil change package ,they recommended me a set of services including Transition fluid change and few other things which I did as part of my 30K mile service 5 months ago in the same service center.When I mentioned the same they they said sorry, you don't have to do in that case.I am wondering what kind of inspection they are doing.Finally I got my car and later when I checked after reaching home the Oil life indicator was showing still the 15% which was there before.They didn't reset the oil life indicator when I gave the vehicle for an oil change!!Really?I was not sure if they had changed the oil at all.I checked the Engine Oil level, looks like they have changed it.But very Poor service. More

Crooks! Went in to see a Honda Pilot. After negotiationing a price for the car. And promising me that I will leave with the car same day, they pulled my credi Went in to see a Honda Pilot. And promising me that I will leave with the car same day, they pulled my credit score to tell me that I would have to wait until they contact the bank for an approval. Stating me score was 618. (which I know couldn't have been true)told them to forget about it and I wasn't interested in waiting 2 days until they got an approval. I got my car from another dealer. And there my score was 680. ( see how they lied about my score) To find out they still submitted my info to get an approval when I didn't make any deal with them. I do not and will NEVER reccommend anyone to go to this place. VIP Honda in N. Plainfield helped me out and I left with the car I wanted, the color I wanted, not only that but a higher model for a great price. More

Henry posted as "my friend" and "trying to earn my business" at first, then his attitude had a complete 180 degree change upon my return later that day. He came back with a number nowhere near my price and was dismissive of me. Do not buy from here. Period. They do not deserve your business. Go to Freehold Honda instead. The ratings on this website speak for themselves. This dealership doesn't even post profiles of their employees on this review site; Honda of Freehold does -- taking ownership of their place of business -- unlike this this dealership. More

She most certainly should not be in customer service if she does not like working with people. I was told by the Sales Manager that the Service Manager would call me back - never heard from anyone. Service is EVERYTHING after you have bought the car. If they are unable to deliver in that area, they FAIL in my opinion. I would not recommend this dealership. More
