We very much liked the CRV and were talking about our trade-in and purchase or lease options with our salesperson, Kim. He brought back numbers from his manager, Arwin. The numbers we received were encouraging enough that after thinking overnight, we went back today with the intent to complete the negotiations and drive out with the new CRV. But today, Kim brought another manager over, who did not immediately introduce himself. Later we asked him his name, which was Dmitri. Dimitri told us that the trade-in value of our car was far far less than what they had told us the night before ($1000 vs $2700). We had verified around $2500 or so as a trade for our car from two other dealerships. And then proceeded to jack up the price of the lease they were offering. We asked for Arwin, the manager who had supplied us with numbers last night. After 20 minutes of waiting Arwin came and basically accused us of lying about the conversation last night. I recall last night's conversation verbatim. He was the liar. We were treated like garbage by Dimitri and Arwin. After this I would NEVER return to that store More

Also I did wheel alligment paid $100 still not satisfied I have come back to fix alligement because it is still pulling one side then they did it again still they did not done job properly this time it is pulling other sides then before. Even there fault I have to wait longer and they don't even apologize to me about there bad service. If I did not purchase this car I will never come to this Honda. More

Fraudulent and Rude Sales Practices - Never ever Worst dealership ever. I with my young family waited over 4-5 hours and after getting to the finance person, they gave me an interest rate of c. 5% de Worst dealership ever. I with my young family waited over 4-5 hours and after getting to the finance person, they gave me an interest rate of c. 5% despite a decent score; then they trapped into buying the extended warranty saying Bank would give lower the interest rate charge in that case. Also, the finance individual lied I cannot refinance the vehicle in that case. After naively agreeing to their terms, I inquired with the Bank in question directly and they confirmed they do not recommend such additional warranty purchases and I am free to refinance. There was unconscious bias to my background throughout the dealing with remarks such as "I know you guys", "the interest charge is better than where you come from"... When I provided the bad rating in Honda's survey and next visited their premises to have the promised free accessory installed, I was asked to leave at once (for giving bad ratings in manufacturer’s survey) while my car was still in Service Center. Never had such a terrible sales experience ever in my life. Bunch of rude and dishonest people in Finance and Management. Would NOT recommend going to this place to buy a car. Lesson learnt too late- read all their reviews before purchasing.. If you already feel trapped, you should highlight that in manufacturer survey, report to BBB, file a complaint with State Attorney General, etc all, see "real car tips" website for full details on how to deal with Dealers in such cases.
