You will end up paying more than your best offer from elsewhere. Details I got very good offers from some leading dealers in New Jersey. They promised an inclusive rate and gave it in writing. As a curious buyer, I sent an Internet request to Open Road Honda in Edison. In a very short time, their internet sales rep replied with a very compelling offer. I had listed the line items like cap cost, month lease, down etc for them to fill, and they provided me an all inclusive quote. I found it hard to believe. I had a long conversation with Internet sales manager and they promised that the offer holds. That took me to their dealership, where A different sales rep started increasing few numbers, like 36 months lease to 39 months and the cap cost. He showed some numbers on a screen, and I just went ahead. The final scam was their finance. They just went ahead and added a whole lot to all the initial numbers provided. Result - my 3 year payment is atleast 1000 more than the next best offer I had. By this time, all the paperwork was done and so I had little options. Conclusion- this dealership is baiting customers with these compelling offers. If you have been in the market and have reached a saturation point in terms of best offer, and if Open Road beats that, then be careful. something is definitely hidden. If you anyway have similar offer and like the team here, go ahead - they are as good as anyone else. Advise- if their sales gives you a quote, make sure their finance promise on that before all the paperwork. PS - while I was there, one of the sales rep yelled at a customer, and literally asked him to get of the dealership. So much for customer service. More

We very much liked the CRV and were talking about our trade-in and purchase or lease options with our salesperson, Kim. He brought back numbers from his manager, Arwin. The numbers we received were encouraging enough that after thinking overnight, we went back today with the intent to complete the negotiations and drive out with the new CRV. But today, Kim brought another manager over, who did not immediately introduce himself. Later we asked him his name, which was Dmitri. Dimitri told us that the trade-in value of our car was far far less than what they had told us the night before ($1000 vs $2700). We had verified around $2500 or so as a trade for our car from two other dealerships. And then proceeded to jack up the price of the lease they were offering. We asked for Arwin, the manager who had supplied us with numbers last night. After 20 minutes of waiting Arwin came and basically accused us of lying about the conversation last night. I recall last night's conversation verbatim. He was the liar. We were treated like garbage by Dimitri and Arwin. After this I would NEVER return to that store More

Also I did wheel alligment paid $100 still not satisfied I have come back to fix alligement because it is still pulling one side then they did it again still they did not done job properly this time it is pulling other sides then before. Even there fault I have to wait longer and they don't even apologize to me about there bad service. If I did not purchase this car I will never come to this Honda. More
