Great Car Buying Experience! My first experience with Cadillac, and it was a great one! It's not often the process of buying or Leasing a new car is a pleasant experience, howeve My first experience with Cadillac, and it was a great one! It's not often the process of buying or Leasing a new car is a pleasant experience, however leasing my new Cadillac CTS Sedan at Open Road Cadillac in Florham Park NJ was actually enjoyable. I did the typical research OnLine for my local Dealerships and chose Open Road to do my Test Drive, and to determine which Cadillac model I wanted. There was none of the typical high pressure sales tactics that Car Dealerships are renowned for. I was pleasantly greated by the Manager Justin Patel and assured that whenever I'm ready to make my purchase, he'd do whatever he could to earn my business. After Test Driving a few cars, I left without any pressure from anyone at the Dealership. I then went back to the Web to build the car I wanted. I sent out an RFQ to about half a dozen dealerships. Justin came back to me almost immediately with a couple Lease Options without any hassels! Even though I sent out the same RFQ to every dealership, none of the other Dealerships came back to me without some sort of hassel. Open Road's Internet Sales Mgr. Elizabeth Ocasio was absolutely delightful in following up Justin's proposals. When I came in, she greeted me like I was already a valued customer offering me something to drink. She then introduced me to my Salesman Dennis Sloyan. Dennis made the part of the car deal we all dread, actually enjoyable! There was none of that 'Back & Forth' between his desk and the Sales Manager! He took me out for another Test Drive to help me solidify my car choice, while explaining the plethora of features that CTS has. His knowledge of these cars is unchallenged, and his honesty and personality was refreshing! I have purchased and leased dozens of cars both personally, and for my business over the past 37 years and this experience was by far one of the best! George Reyes, Open Road's Business Mgr. took care of all the paperwork and made the endless signatures required, easy and pressure free. Thanks to Justin, Elizabeth, Dennis and George for everything! I highly recommend Open Road Cadillac and Dennis Sloyan to anyone looking to Purchase or Lease a Cadillac! More

Bait and Switch Hard Sales Tactics 2013 XTS was listed at 42,000 on website. This was a large 9800 markdown that got me into the sote. When I arrived I was told that the vehicle was not in stock and was pressured to buy a 2014 model. Then when I was about to leave, the sales person said let me check again to see if we have the car. Then I was told they did have the car. However, I was quoted a price $2000 higher than the advertized amount. Then my trade-in was valued at 1/3 of Blue Book value and less than 1/2 of what it was appraised at by another dealership the next day. I was made to wait for 1.5 hours for a price. Then I was told that the offer was only available for the day and it was a take it or leave it deal. The dealership would not negotiate the price. I walked out. More
I never read this review below , but it took the words right out of my mouth. Dennis and Joe made leasing our new SRX a pleasure. My wife and I are not savvy with all the new technology built into the ca right out of my mouth. Dennis and Joe made leasing our new SRX a pleasure. Joe did the financial part of the lease and we left very satisfied . Both men made leasing our second Cadillac from Royal Cadillac a pleasure and a good reason for us to return again. We were very satisfied with the test drive and the price of the car we purchased. Paul Leary, our salesman, followed up on several occasions to make sure we were totally satisfied. Several weeks after our purchase, the driver's side window stopped working. The service department took the car in right away and provided a rental on the spot. The window cable was replaced within two days. The sales manager, Rich, also assisted us with a separate matter pertaining to GM. We love our new car and would definitely purchase another car from Royal. More
