I am a repeat customer of Royal Cadillac. I own a 2004 Cadillac SRX that I purchased at Royal Cadillac. I know that through the quality of service I receive when bring the SRX in for maintenance. This is the first time that I have leased a car. This method of obtaining a new made ascertaining the quality of the deal less transparent to me. Nevertheless the dealer representatives were very patient and took all the time I needed to understand the benefits of leasing a car. I particularly valued the time spent and patience shown by my sales representative as he explained all the various features of the car and answered all my questions. The time spent with me meant less time on the show room floor for Mr. Sloyan, reducing his opportunities to obtain additional customers. That was not lost on me. I would readily return for my next car, and recommend the brand/dealer to others interested in a new car. More
