I have purchased 3 Cadillacs from Royal. Each experience has been better and better. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgable. The Sales Manager, Joe, makes things happen for me and the GM, Richard, has been better and better. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgable. I purchased a Escalade from them about a year ago in where they were pleasant and helpful. I guess they may have needed the business at that time. We were struck by Sandy in which we lost our cars. That is the background for me stating that my recent experience with purchasing a 2012 automobile for Royal Cadillac in Florham Park was all around the best. From the moment I walked into their beautiful showroom to yesterday when I drove away in my new car, the total purchasing experience was.....well the only word I can think of is "perfect!" Jerret Joyner their new salesperson was very knowledgeable in a soft/low pressure way. Jerry Auriemma, who is in charge of sales, was able to properly advise me on my trade-in situation and a few other issues and always with a smile. Their Finance Manager Harry Devlin was a joy to work with. He was completely prepared for the closing and had a good answer for all my questions.
