This was the best experience ever we had in purchasing a vehicle in our lifetime. *Note* We also literally drove from Galloway, NJ to Florham Park, NJ (2 hours) to buy this vehicle. So bottom line is...If you treat your customers with respect and honesty from the beginning you can rest assure you will have a sale no matter where. I first saw the CTS in a television ad and decided I had to see one in person. I stopped by Royal one night on my way home from work. That is when I first met Chris Luciani and Joe Mitolo. It turned out to be one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Chris was extremely knowledgeable about the car and helped me navigate my way thru the various models narrowing it down to the CTS best suited for me. I never felt pressured. Chris and Joe both seemed to listen to what my needs were and worked diligently to get me in the car I had my heart set on. In my experience the Royal Cadillac staff does make you feel like family and that you are their most important customer. I have only had the car since July and fortunately have not had any service issues but I am confident the service center will follow the same high standards the sales and finance departments have set. I have a three year lease and based on my love for the car, the quality of Cadillac and the outstanding service thus far, I can say without hesitation Royal Cadillac is my new home. More

I feel that the staff at Royal Cadillac is outstanding all around. Everyone I encountered was very friendly, respectful, and helpful. I first spoke to the sales manager Jerry, which told me to go in to see Dennis Kelly. Jerry was absolutely magnificent; I loved how he made me feel right at home the moment we spoke. So the very next day I was there! Dennis Kelly is a great sales consultant. He explained everything very clearly to me. He was extremely knowledgeable about the CTS coupe and had no issues going over small details and that made a great difference. When I went to pick up my car, everything went as smoothly as I could imagine. I sat with Harry Devlin (Finance Manager) to sign the needed paper work. He is wonderful; he explained every paper that needed to be signed. I understood what I was signing for the entire time which of course is fantastic. The price was great and my overall experience with the dealership is definitely extremely satisfied. I would recommend anyone who wants a pleasant car shopping experience to go to Royal Cadillac. I am about an hour from the dealership and I feel it is worth the trip for the quality you receive as soon as you walk in! More
I am a member of the Raritan River Region Cadillac and LaSalle Club, which is ocmprised of owners of antique Cadillacs and LaSalles. For the past five years, Royal Cadillac has hosted an annual antique c LaSalle Club, which is ocmprised of owners of antique Cadillacs and LaSalles. For the past five years, Royal Cadillac has hosted an annual antique car show, organized by our club. I must commend their kind cooperation, generosity and dedication to our club in our pursuit to maintain the popularity of the antique car collecting hobby. Joe Mitolo and Rich Sloyan, and the rest of the Royal Cadillac staff have really been great supporter of our club, and a real pleasure to work with. As a result of our relationship, a number of members of our club have purchased Cadillacs from this dealership. More
I recently purchased a used 2008 Buick from this dealership. I had looked around for a full-sized car and discovered a "cream puff" right down the street from my home. The most impressive thing about the transaction ocurred when I realized I had missed a few things when I road tested the car and made the deal. When I brought the car back for some routine maintenance, there was no hesitation about taking care of some odds and ends that are really not covered by warranty. The Tom and Chris were extremely knowledgeable andvery effective in explaining the many features of the SRX. Most importantly, they were extremely friendly and made me feel at ease immediately. Tom was extrememy helpful in explaining the several financing options and dealing with my suto insurance company. The rating index above does not contain a catgegory high enough to capture the level of attention to detail and courtiousness exhibited by the Royal staff. More
Royal had the car listed for $2k less on Internet than the sticker price on the car but when they made an offer, they used the sticker price. They claimed that they had used the Internet price and then added the extended warranty which I requested--priced exactly at $2k according to them. They did not budge from this price. One other thing. I asked for my Vogue tires to be swapped with the tires on the car I purchased. When we were negotiating, they said "no problem." When I took my old car to get the tires swapped, they suddenly realized the rim sizes were different. You would think they might know this sort of basic stuff. I asked for a payment of the difference between the value of the two sets of tires. They refused. More
