I first brought my leased CTS (from another dealership) there for service and was very pleased. During my last visit, I decided to go into the showroom to inquire about new lease since mine was coming to there for service and was very pleased. During my last visit, I decided to go into the showroom to inquire about new lease since mine was coming to an end. I've dealt with Tom Jackson in the past but unfortunately they did not have the vehicles I was interested in. So I went in again to see him and he was very helpful and very pleasant and found me a new car within weeks. Thanks Tom! More
I should have known that when walking into this dealership a few days before Christmas and the place being EMPTY, my first sign of trouble. After trying to negotiate and presenting them with an of dealership a few days before Christmas and the place being EMPTY, my first sign of trouble. After trying to negotiate and presenting them with an offer from another dealership (I should let you know they were about $30-40 higher on lease prices than numerous dealers), they basically laughed in my face and told me "I hope they(the other dealer) sell you this car so they go out of business and I have no competition" rather than just saying I can't match this deal, it seems untrue, but good luck to you and keep us in mind. I would have been fine with that. Let's just say that it is Royal that should be going out of business. Extremely rude and unprofessional managers. I did all I could not to laugh in the sales manager's face while he was giving me his speech, and instead I was a gentlemen and just smiled and nodded while he exerted his power trip being a Cadillac Sales Manager. I felt like saying, this isn't Mercedes, which is my other car and where the salesman and managers are much much more courteous and professional!! Go get anything but a Cadillac from ROYAL. More

An hour Some reasons WHY. 2 months ago my CTS went in for service. I asked the service rep. to please call me with a price on 4 new tires. An hour or so later the service rep. calls me with a price. I ask him if I could call him back because the price he gave me sounded a little high. I called him back within 15 min. to tell him I would not be buying the tires from Royal. I found the same tire for $100 less each. As I'm on my cell phone with the service rep. I drive passed the dealership where I can see my car in the lot where I parked it when I dropped it off. I pick the car up later on that afternoon. When I got home I looked at the invoice and they charged me $70 for dismount and remount of all four tires. When I called the service rep. to ask why I was charged, he became very rood and insisted I was wrong amount seeing my car in the lot during our phone conversation. 3 weeks later the engine stops on the road, On-Star tows it to Royal. 2 weeks pass I hear no word from Royal, so I give them a call. My first call to them I'm told the person that would know about my car is on the phone and would have to call me back. I get no call back. The following day I call them again. Again I'm told the person I need to speak with needs to call me back. Again, I get no call back. I call again at the end of the day and I get the person who knows about my car. Except he doesn’t know anything because no one has looked at it yet, It seems they forgot about it. 2 weeks later I get a call that the car is ready. The engine needed to be replaced. When I get home I look under the hood. I find the alternator housing is broken, wires not in there harness, there is oil and grease all over everything under the hood, and when the car was towed in it had 3/4 of a tank of gas. I got it back empty. They also did not reset the computer in the car. The car has a new engine but the display is telling me to change the oil. Another trick by Royal, trying to get money from someone that is'nt nesessary. I have filed a complaint with GM. and the car need to be taken to a reputable dealer needs to inspect and correct the work that Royal should have done correctly. More
