Very Dishonest and unprofessional Dealership!! STAY AWAY!!!! HORRIBLE!!! They are the worst!!!!! Don't trust these people includes their management regardless of what they tell or promise you even if they confi HORRIBLE!!! They are the worst!!!!! These guys are very simple lying to their customers, scam them, wasting their time and then back up from the deal!! And all that is backed up by the dealership management! Ashley (the sales person) promised and confirmed me by writing to provide the rates fits my budget for deal on the specific Escalade, but when after I spent about hour and a half of driving to the dealership came in, they have provided to me completely different car fully scratched and missing some required accessories/options. And after all that, they backed up from their offer and raised the rate of their original and confirmed offer. They stated that they made a mistake in calculation of the taxes!! Sounds like a joke!!! They are unprofessional, dishonest and wasting time of the customers for nothing with their promises. The management doesn't care about customer service and about promises of their sales managers. I tried to contact the Sales Manager a few times to tell him about my horrible experience with his manager Ashley, but he didn't care and never replied to any of my emails. Not only do they have poor customer service but they DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR TIME!!! I wouldn't recommend this place and would not ever go back, they are a total bait & switch operation, and are a shining example of why people HATE car dealerships. Worst experience at a Cadillac dealership ever. GM/Cadillac should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this sorry excuse for a dealership. More

July 2017 - New Car BAD, BAD, BAD Management. This is the most unorganized dealership. The finance department is clueless about loans and had us wait over 3 hours to onl BAD, BAD, BAD Management. This is the most unorganized dealership. The finance department is clueless about loans and had us wait over 3 hours to only send us home and then come back the next day. We signed the papers but had to wait for the tag. Almost 2 week later, we finally went back in and was told they couldn't register the car like we needed it after they had us wait before hand to make sure they could do it. We then cancelled the load and they gave us the run around on that as well. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this dealership and the General Manager John Pearce only kept saying, you're right, you're right. Well FIX it now. More

Astounding service experience I have been in the automobile business my whole life , my wife has never been treated so amazing as she was at open road Cadillac , even when I ran st I have been in the automobile business my whole life , my wife has never been treated so amazing as she was at open road Cadillac , even when I ran stores . Danny in service was credit tonthst company. My wife broke down in her Buick a few blocks away. Within a half hour, they had the flat changed , gave her a loaner . Despite the lower price point of my purchase Recently, I experienced the professionalism and transparency of Open Road's methodology. My salesperson, Joe Jackson, was solicitous and a true gentlemen. This iconic salesman should keep selling cars forever (I believe he is 82 and he is still going strong). Omar made me a fair deal and delivered my car in even better condition than I requested. You made my day, Omar! David helped me efficiently navigate the paperwork that sealed the deal. Historically, women often feel threatened/intimidated by the car buying process. Ladies, fear not. Open Road treats their buyers with intelligence and respect and the dealership clearly takes great pride in how it does business.
