Just purchased a 2019 Subaru Outback. The car was perfect in every way. The salesman Sam was a pleasure to work with. The Finance Department was very easy to deal with no pressure at all. Recommended by open road mini of Morristown for collision service. Service tech decided to disregard what the insurance suggested recommended and attempted to fix the hood instead of replacing it. Not only does the repair look unacceptable but the paint job might as well have been done with a rattle can. There are very bad swirls all over, and it appears as if the old paint was sprayed over. In addition to the hood, the driver door was supposedly replaced with a new one, however there is a scratch about an inch long that is through the clear coat. The door was not put back on correctly and I had to being the car back again for it to be fixed. In addition to the horrible work done, our service rep Thoa, was very unhelpful, unwelcoming and rude, and acted as if helping customers is a chore. We have purchased three mini coopers and a BMW from open road, and we will not be giving them business any longer. More
Unfortunately after giving this dealer time to remedy my issues I am forced to change my once stellar review. I bought a great car from this dealer one that I’ve wanted for a long time. Everyone was very nice and I am having no issues with the car itself! That being said however I am extremely disappointed in the management. After driving test driving the car and going back and forth on numbers, we came to an agreement. After having me sit around for almost 3 hours before finally going in to sign the paperwork I was beyond exhausted and just wanted to go home. Quickly signed everything grabbed my keys and went home. A month later my payment is due and I realize that I was overcharged $550 for the car. My fault I didn’t carefully enough go over the paperwork but still such a shady thing to do. It’s not the money but more the point. After spending about 5 hours in the dealership getting to know my salesman and the manager I felt really comfortable thinking that everything was going to be done properly and games like this wouldn’t be played. I’ve given the dealer ample time to remedy this and they have refused to do so. $550 now cost them their reputation and any chance at selling me a car in the future! The dealer also over rated my front tires so as to pass CPO inspection. I had a separate mechanic measure tread depth and found the tires to be over rated by 2/32nds each! This was done so as not to have to spend the time and money on a new set of front tires... to be fair they did give me a brand new rear set. To bad I was ready to buy my wife a car from them as well. Oh well looks like I’ll be buying my wife a car elsewhere as well as servicing my vehicle with a different dealer. Case in point here... if you want to buy a car here you’ll most likely get a good one. That being said check double check and triple check your paperwork.... They will try to tack on money to the principal of the car as well as other additional nonsense which you don’t need or want to pay for. More

My recent experience was a worthwhile 60 minute drive to Open Road Cadillac and buy my 2019 XTS with Kristie, Brian, Wes and Lou! Straight negotiating, straight forward presentation and no games with financing. I qualified for xyz and I got xyz plain and simple. These folks took the time and made it happen right down to working with my schedule and delivered my new car at 10:30pm into my driveway Nd drive off with my trade. No sales pitch for hours on additional crap you don't need or want, respectful, Professional staff. My being in Sales for 40 plus years I felt relaxed during the entire process with them. My referrals go far in my line of work and I will refer clients to them without hesitation! You Guy's ate good people and your Company is graced with your ability to listen. Thank you guy's More

Very unhappy My boyfriend purchased a car from them a few months ago and since then it has had nothing but issues. When we would bring it to the service department My boyfriend purchased a car from them a few months ago and since then it has had nothing but issues. When we would bring it to the service department to get looked at, they would ALWAYS say that there was nothing wrong with the car. In fact, the first day he bought the car, upon following him back to our apartment, it was blowing clouds of black smoke. Not from the tailpipes but from underneath the vehicle. Again, he immediately brought it back to the dealership and was told that there was nothing wrong with it. He also purchased an extended warranty. The finance manager basically forced him to do so by saying that if he didn't, there was a chance that he wouldn't be approved for financing. Now, for a $3,000 extended warranty, you'd think that there would be a lot of things covered, right? Each time we brought the car back with an issue, the issues weren't covered. The warranty is xxxxxxxx and that dealership is xxxxxxxx. Very unorganized and very dishonest people. Also, the "service manager" or whoever he is........the most rude person I've ever dealt with in my entire life. I set up an appointment to have the car looked at yet again for another issue and when we got there (1 1/2 hour drive for us) we were turned away and told that the person who would be working on the car was away on vacation. He was going to make us drive all the way back home and we would have made that long trip for nothing. I had to get the dealership manager involved and he's the one who said that we could leave the car. Guess when we got the car back, UNTOUCHED? 3 weeks....... ridiculous. If you don't deal with stress easy or don't like to be taken advantage of....don't purchase here. You'll dig yourself a hole that you'll never be able to get out of. More

These guys are very simple lying to their customers, scam them, wasting their time and then back up from the deal!! And all that is backed up by the dealership management! Ashley (the sales person) promised and confirmed me by writing to provide the rates fits my budget for deal on the specific Escalade, but when after I spent about hour and a half of driving to the dealership came in, they have provided to me completely different car fully scratched and missing some required accessories/options. And after all that, they backed up from their offer and raised the rate of their original and confirmed offer. They stated that they made a mistake in calculation of the taxes!! Sounds like a joke!!! They are unprofessional, dishonest and wasting time of the customers for nothing with their promises. The management doesn't care about customer service and about promises of their sales managers. I tried to contact the Sales Manager a few times to tell him about my horrible experience with his manager Ashley, but he didn't care and never replied to any of my emails. Not only do they have poor customer service but they DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR TIME!!! I wouldn't recommend this place and would not ever go back, they are a total bait & switch operation, and are a shining example of why people HATE car dealerships. Worst experience at a Cadillac dealership ever. GM/Cadillac should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this sorry excuse for a dealership. More
