Great Experience I was greeted by Tom Jackson and was very happy with his professionalism. I was shopping for a used Mercedes and Open Road had two C300"s advertised. I was greeted by Tom Jackson and was very happy with his professionalism. I was shopping for a used Mercedes and Open Road had two C300"s advertised. I settled on one and was able to have my mechanic personally inspect the vehicle. Negotiations were fair, and void of any hard sales pitch. The manager, Chris, was also pleasant to work with and was attentive to my requests. The finance manager, David, offered an extended warranty, and when I passed on it, he applied no pressure and we finished the transaction. Jim More

The young lady greeted me on my way inside her name was Kristina, she took the time to ask me what i needed in my new car as far as features and space, then narrowed down the perfect car for me. The manager and finance department took the time and care to make sure they went over all the details step by step, especially since this was my first lease, as well as giving me a great trade price for my DTS. Once i picked up my new ATS, Kristina took the time to explain all the vehicle features to me once again, and then reached out the following day to make sure everything was going smoothly. Overall the process was very easy and accommodating, couldn't ask for a better experience. More
Outstanding A++ Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted in a courteous and professional manner by Kristina who I later learned was new to car sales. Rather than Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted in a courteous and professional manner by Kristina who I later learned was new to car sales. Rather than leading me to her desk to collect my personal information she politely asked what vehicle I was interested in seeing. She suggested we walk around the lot to see what they had to offer. She showed me what they had in stock and explained the differences between each. I was impressed by the wide selection of in stock vehicles and the choices I was offered. After asking what features were most important to me in the vehicle we were able to single out the one I ended up purchasing. Once inside I was greeted by Emilio the General Sales Manager, who was equally welcoming and a consummate professional. He was quickly able to offer me an agreeable price and the terms I was looking for. At that point they appraised my trade vehicle and offered me a price I found more than acceptable. I took delivery of my new Cadillac the following afternoon. The finance process was seamless and Kristina delivered my new Escalade with outstanding product knowledge and a through explanation of all it's features. I could not be happier! More
Unpleasant purchase experience After reading so many glowing reviews, I can hardly believe they describe the same dealership! I had been looking for a very specific make and model After reading so many glowing reviews, I can hardly believe they describe the same dealership! I had been looking for a very specific make and model used luxury vehicle (not Cadillac) with specific features and colors for more than a year. I found one on line that interested me at Open Road Cadillac. The buying process was arduous and unpleasant. I worked harder for the sale than anyone there did. Customer service was non existent, even though I was usually the only customer in the sales end of the dealership. This was true on each of the visits I made in reference to this sale. I was never treated as I should have been at a so-called luxury car dealership. I was well qualified to make the purchase, but never felt welcomed. Open Road Cadillac is the type of dealership that causes people to hate car shopping, a task that should be enjoyable and exciting. My experience was neither, nor was it transparent. On the contrary. Very unpleasant with absolutely no follow up or customer service along the way from bottom to top, with the exception of David in the finance office, who was hard working and respectful. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere to purchase your pre-owned car. More
Easy Leasing When my SRX lease was up in December, I went to my dealership to turn it in and start a new lease. I loved my car and just wanted to lease another on When my SRX lease was up in December, I went to my dealership to turn it in and start a new lease. I loved my car and just wanted to lease another one just like it. I had heard that the dealership had changed ownership, and had received several calls from the new owners. Right before New Years is when I made an appointment with Manny, a very friendly older gentleman who seemed to know everything about Cadillacs. He helped me return my old SRX and shop for a new one. Manny showed me a few to chose from and I was happy to find one that I liked on the lot. Emilio, the manager, was able to keep me a just about my old payment and I drove away in my new SRX. It was very easy and pleasant. It took a few hours, but they were very busy with people who apparently had the same idea that I did. I waited in the lounge and ate cookies and drank coffee while I waited for my paperwork to be completed. Over all, I have to give them a five star rating. More
Terrible customer service I was trying to give back my leased car. Couldn't reach anyone. E-mailed, left messages. Nothing except e-mails trying to sell me another car. They have made so many positive changes and are such a pleasure to work with, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Their advisors will work with you without pressuring you to get extra work done that you don't need. They give me a loaner car when needed and wash my car every time. My salesman, Dennis, makes sure he stops by to say hi every time I'm in for service. It really makes me feel good that I'm remembered and made to feel at home. Great place! More

Great for used cars, too!! Open Road Cadillac is a hidden gem for used cars!! I dropped off a friend at the service department and passed a large selection of luxury used cars. Open Road Cadillac is a hidden gem for used cars!! I dropped off a friend at the service department and passed a large selection of luxury used cars. I guess all of the local rich people get tired of their toys and trade them in for Cadillacs...LOL. An Audi Q5 caught my eye because I have been looking for one with pretty low miles. Instead of dropping off my buddy and leaving, I stopped in an asked about the Audi and took it for a drive. It was PERFECT and only had 21,000 miles. I left a deposit on it and drove home to get my wife (who the car will be for). She loved it, too, and we bought it that day. As it turned out, my buddies car needed a new transmission. He found a used BMW 528i for a great price, too! Open Road Cadillac is like the Century 21 of cars....great selection of luxury cars at great prices. I will recommend to everyone I know. - Steve More
