Be very careful when having work done on your vehicle at this location. They told me my 2016 Escalade would need new lifters at a cost of $5,105.80 due to the ticking noise. I took it for a second opinion and found out it was a bad spark plug wire. When I called them to discuss the findings, they told me that the lifters would go bad eventually anyways and should go through with the work. How wrong is that. I'm sure they wouldn't have ever shared with me anything about the bad spark plug wire. By the end of the discussion the service manager told me not to bring my truck back to them ever again even though it was purchased there. More
Disappointing Experience with Delayed Registration and Number Plates I purchased a vehicle from Open Road Cadillac Morristown on May 18, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience with their registration Number Plates I purchased a vehicle from Open Road Cadillac Morristown on May 18, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience with their registration and documentation process has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. It has been over two months since my purchase, and I am still waiting for my number plates to be issued. Despite numerous reminders and follow-ups with the agency, the issuance of the number plates has been delayed indefinitely, leaving me unable to fully enjoy and operate my vehicle legally. Furthermore, the temporary registration renewal process at is plagued with inefficiencies and delays. Each time I have had to renew the temporary registration, I have to remind them well in advance. Despite reminding them a week before the expiry date, the renewal is not processed in a timely manner. The lack of communication and responsiveness from the customer service team is appalling. Most of my calls go unanswered, and I am left in the dark about the status of my registration, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.Overall, my experience with Open Road Cadillac has been marred by delays, poor communication, and a lack of urgency in addressing customer concerns. I urge potential customers to be cautious when dealing with this agency, as their after-sales service leaves much to be desired.I hope that takes immediate action to rectify these issues and improve their processes to provide better service to their customers in the future. I really liked the w My salesman was once again Michael Napuli. I brought my Lyriq in for routine service and Christian gave me a XT6 as a loaner. I really liked the way it drives and it has the cargo space my family needs. I reached out to Michael about possibly trading in our CT6 for the XT6 and he quickly sent me numbers the same day. He was able to get me a great deal. I couldn't be happier. I did everything online, Michael knows we have a 4 year old, and he had everything ready for when we arrived. We were literally there for less than 20 minutes. Dealing with Al the Finance Manager was also a pleasure. I highly recommend Open Road Cadillac and Michael Napuli. More
If I could give them 0 stars I certainly would. Stay far away from this place if youre looking for a smooth transaction when purchasing a new vehicle. They submitted the wrong dates to the DMV for my registration and I received a notice of my plates being suspended. Multiple phone calls made to the dealership with little to no response on how to fix the issue, I received multiple phone calls, letters in the mail from my previous bank lenders regarding Open Road Cadillac not submitting the payment for the payoff amount. A complete nightmare dealing with this dealership. More
STAY AWAY! !!! WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR IN OVER 20 YEARS. I NEVER HAD TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW BUT FOR THIS ONE I HAVE TO. Don’t even know where to start. !!! WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR IN OVER 20 YEARS. I NEVER HAD TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW BUT FOR THIS ONE I HAVE TO. Don’t even know where to start. I came across a Corvette that they just traded in. I explained that I was over 2 hours away each way. I was approved at a rate for 48 months with 9K down. I had to have someone drop me off at the dealership the next day. Once my ride left and I was brought into the finance office I was told the rate went up 2 points, $15 monthly and now 49 months instead of 48 months. I should have known that was just the beginning. Before I left I asked Junior the salesperson what they did to the car since trade in. His response was absolutely nothing. After spending all day at the dealership I finally left with my car. Well 2 days after owning the car the battery was completely dead and I couldn’t even charge it. I called Junior and he said his manager said for me to drive the car back to them 2 hours. I said that makes no sense. So I once again just dealt with the situation and bought a brand new battery. Well guess what 2 days later new battery died. I once again called junior and he said this was wrong on his managers side and that he would talk to another manager and call me back. That was another lie. He never called me. That’s when I knew there was a bigger problem. I took it to Car Toyz where they specialize in everything. Come to find out it had electrical problems. Cost me $800 to fix. Once again I text Junior and explained what I was going through and text him the receipt. He tells me let me talk to my manager again and I’ll get back to you. Well that was over 5 days ago. I have text him for 3 straight days and he has ignored me. Everything about this experience has been a LIE!!!! THATS WHAT THEY CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE??? I’m sure they will finally reply back to this review like they like to reply to all negative reviews left here saying to call them lol. FOR WHAT??? IVE BEEN TRYING TO TALK TO THEM FOR A MONTH NOW. World Class Delivery I took delivery of my Lyriq today. The experience of working with Open Road Cadillac was world class. Better than my experiences with BMW and Mercedes. I've interacted with man today. The experience of working with Open Road Cadillac was world class. Better than my experiences with BMW and Mercedes. I've interacted with many people since ordering the car once the order bank opened last May, Michael, Christian, Chris, Alex, Greg, and Junior. All were extremely professional, and made me feel valued. They really exceeded my expectations. This was truly a luxury car experience, taking service to the next level. The team was so accommodating. We communicated via phone, email and even text. Christian called me after hours on his way home. I mentioned to Christian that I didn't hear back from the charger installation team, he made a call to a GM counterpart and I immediately received a call with the information I was as waiting for. Junior expedited the delivery process for me, everything was ready when I went to pick up the car. Michael and Junior are truly subject matter experts on the Lyriq. Michael kept us in the loop as he learned more details about the car. The Lyriq is awesome! I HIGHLY recommend the Open Road team! More
Liars I wonder how it is that car salesmen have gotten the reputation that they have? It's because they all seem to live up to the same standard. They have none. And sadly this dealership is no different. the reputation that they have? It's because they all seem to live up to the same standard. They have none. And sadly this dealership is no different. What could have been an easy sale turned into lies. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. This goes from the salesman right up to the top. Liars. More

Prior to visiting Open Road Cadillac I had been to several dealers in my area and got a shocking realization that buying a car in today's post covid Prior to visiting Open Road Cadillac I had been to several dealers in my area and got a shocking realization that buying a car in today's post covid market is very different than I remembered. Many dealers rest on "inventory shortages" to act like you are doing them a favor shopping and wont even negotiate trying to get you into a car. My experience at Open Road was amazing and what you would want when making a big purchase, they really went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy. Not being an easy person to please, I must give credit where it's due - THANK YOU - the Manger Alex Montero, Melvin in sales and Chris in service were absolutely excellent. More
