When I went in to the other dealer shop they even not greeted me because they thought I dont have any money to purchase their car. But when I went in to OPEN ROAD BMW it was different. As soon as I walked in all the employees were almost perfect. After I met my sales man I decided to purchase a car. I dont had to think about other options because I knew I met best sales man out of whole sales man. I build my car and they ordered a car for me which took 6weeks to wait. But a manager He mailed me and he always let me know the process of my car. Within 6 weeks he and I send mail over 40 mail. Even I send mail him over 10pm he replied mail within 10mins. There were best sales man and manager ever I seen. Now I am driving X6 5.0, If I plan to purchase other new BMW I definetly will go back to OPEN ROAD BMW. Thank you again Kendall and Justin. More
I love this dealership. They gave me great trade in values right off the bat. I get the real dealer books like Galves and The NADA Dealers Guide ,so I know. They were very friendly and helpful. I purchased the new 2011 335 xdrive for my wife and the new 535 xdrive for myself. They are a no pressure dealership. I collect vintage muscle cars and late model supercars. They treat you like family. Richard F. More
I recently purchased a 2011 BMW X3 35i as a winter car and I love it. As soon as I walked in to the dealership, I knew I wasn't going to be pressured into buying a car. I asked about their SUV's and SAV's and I love it. As soon as I walked in to the dealership, I knew I wasn't going to be pressured into buying a car. I asked about their SUV's and SAV's and I was given straight forward answers. Usually I walk in to a dealership and have a salesman jump at me trying to get me into what he or she thinks is the cool car to get. I asked if I could test drive the 2010 X3, and they let me. As I was driving it, I was asking Tony what the redesigned X3 had that was better and he mentioned tons of design changes. He even mentioned that the ride was improved for the 2011 X3 and that the base sound system was going to be upgraded as well. When I got back from the test drive Justin asked me if I liked the SAV and I told him I had enjoyed it. He told me since the factory was now in South Carolina that he could order the car and it would only take about a month for me to get it. Justin went over all the options with me that I wanted and everything went smoothly. Since it was football season, Tony and I started to talk about football. I felt comfortable in the dealership to say the least. The dealership even has free coffee which is pretty cool. I even received a free key-chain with the BMW logo which was pretty neat. Getting something for free from a dealership, now that is rare! I am pleased with the way I was treated, and I am happy with how the X3 is. I would recommend friends and family to purchase a car new and or used from Open Road BMW in Edison. More
I was a repeat customer. My salesman, Charles Willis, is out for a while with a medical condition. I was directed to Jerry who was filling in for Charles. I told him exactly the vehicle I wanted and he gav out for a while with a medical condition. I was directed to Jerry who was filling in for Charles. I told him exactly the vehicle I wanted and he gave me a price that was $1000 off the sticker price and that was the best he would do. Taking off $1000 for a $62000 car, in this economy, is a joke. He could care less about selling me a car. He did not even take my name, address or phone number. When I went to 2 other BMW dealers with the same specs for a vehicle I was given a price that was $3500 less than Open Road's quote. When I called Jerry and told him the prices I was quoted he told me they were good deals and I should take them, which I did and I am very happy with my new dealer. They are too smug at Open Road and give you the impression that they are the only BMW dealer around and their price is "take it or leave it". If you can afford a BMW you can afford to pay what they ask, WRONG! Try JMK in Springfield. They are very professional and customer friendly. More
Was looking for a m6, which was impossible to find. The guys at open rd bent over backwards to make sure I got everything I wanted and more. They were very professional and courteous while competitive in guys at open rd bent over backwards to make sure I got everything I wanted and more. They were very professional and courteous while competitive in price. I would highly recommend open rd BMW to anyone looking to purchase a BMW. This is my third vehicle purchased at open rd BMW. The service dept is probably the best I've ever dealt with as well. When I had issues with my 335 they too bent over backwards to fix all the issues even going to corporate to fight for me. I am a firm believer of high quality service, and have never been dissatisfied here. More

By far the worst car shopping experience. The "Client Advisor", Igal Tadjiev, was less than professional. I went to the Open Road BMW in search of a specific auto. I arrived at the new car show room, and Advisor", Igal Tadjiev, was less than professional. I went to the Open Road BMW in search of a specific auto. I arrived at the new car show room, and was shuttled to the CPO show room. Upon inspection, the vehicle I was interested in was not as described online. No biggie. I was willing to look around. My client advisor stated he had better things to do than have me waste his time, as I continued to look around. How rude! I asked if someone else could shuttle me back to the new car show room, and he said no, that if I didn't return with him, i'd be stranded there. Needless to say, if the initial customer service (pre-purchase) is horrible, I can't imaging what the after sale service is like. More
Worst service experience ever. Should be renamed to dis-service. Check Engine on X5. First service visit: reset. Check engine back in ~1500 miles, so second service visit: DMTL pump replaced. Droppin dis-service. Check Engine on X5. First service visit: reset. Check engine back in ~1500 miles, so second service visit: DMTL pump replaced. Dropping off the car - almost an hour wait to just drop off the car (then more wait to talk to service folks). Picking up the car (2nd service visit): Car is given back with BACK SEAT COMPLETELY DETACHED! So service advisor called people from the shop to put it back in place. When I got home - yet another surprice - lug nuts on the floor. Clearly the back seat was not the only thing they forgot to put together!!! Went back, another hour, fixed. 2 days later - more problems with fuel system, scheduled to go back in 10 days... (that's the earliest they have available with a loaner, btw). Too bad this site does not let users to post pictures. More
