By far the worst car shopping experience. The "Client Advisor", Igal Tadjiev, was less than professional. I went to the Open Road BMW in search of a specific auto. I arrived at the new car show room, and Advisor", Igal Tadjiev, was less than professional. I went to the Open Road BMW in search of a specific auto. I arrived at the new car show room, and was shuttled to the CPO show room. Upon inspection, the vehicle I was interested in was not as described online. No biggie. I was willing to look around. My client advisor stated he had better things to do than have me waste his time, as I continued to look around. How rude! I asked if someone else could shuttle me back to the new car show room, and he said no, that if I didn't return with him, i'd be stranded there. Needless to say, if the initial customer service (pre-purchase) is horrible, I can't imaging what the after sale service is like. More
Just getting someone on the phone for service was a problem, she doesn't like her job and made it very clear to me. I have a brand new 5 series and doesn't want to go in gear... There is no managem problem, she doesn't like her job and made it very clear to me. I have a brand new 5 series and doesn't want to go in gear... There is no management, once they got the car all I would get was a voice mail. Can't wait for my lease to be over! The problem is with the car; I had a problem with the starter, the gas tank, now the car start but doesn't go in gear !!! I think they have to be paying someone to give them good rating, they should get a full bar so we can forget how SUCK BMW. More
Worst service experience ever. Should be renamed to dis-service. Check Engine on X5. First service visit: reset. Check engine back in ~1500 miles, so second service visit: DMTL pump replaced. Droppin dis-service. Check Engine on X5. First service visit: reset. Check engine back in ~1500 miles, so second service visit: DMTL pump replaced. Dropping off the car - almost an hour wait to just drop off the car (then more wait to talk to service folks). Picking up the car (2nd service visit): Car is given back with BACK SEAT COMPLETELY DETACHED! So service advisor called people from the shop to put it back in place. When I got home - yet another surprice - lug nuts on the floor. Clearly the back seat was not the only thing they forgot to put together!!! Went back, another hour, fixed. 2 days later - more problems with fuel system, scheduled to go back in 10 days... (that's the earliest they have available with a loaner, btw). Too bad this site does not let users to post pictures. More
I was never greeted by reception, no one wanted to help or ask me if i needed a sales person or anything, even thou most of them were just standing around chatting. the best thing i found was .. as i was w or ask me if i needed a sales person or anything, even thou most of them were just standing around chatting. the best thing i found was .. as i was walking out of this dealership, the reason why the reception never greeted me was, she was watching a movie on her computer. as my foot steps sound got closer to her, she actually minimized the movie she was watching.. WOW the whole experience took 5 mins, walked in, did a lap around the dealership and walked right out! More
After 5 years - the sales man recognized me, and was attentive to my needs without any pressurizing. A very agreeable purchase was made on a low milage 128i coupe. The paperwork was handled quickly, attentive to my needs without any pressurizing. A very agreeable purchase was made on a low milage 128i coupe. The paperwork was handled quickly, I was given a lower interest finance than the one I had sourced myself and all after purchase promises were fulfilled within a couple of weeks. I happily will return as soon as the new X3 arrives to trade in my old one. Thanks again, More
Ordered a 2011 X-5 35d in early May for delivery before the end of June. Shipping was delayed from the factory so did not take delivery until July 2. Car is wonderful! The sales experience had a few glitch the end of June. Shipping was delayed from the factory so did not take delivery until July 2. Car is wonderful! I have been back 4 times now with my 05 X3 leaking water into the front and rear of the vehicle after it rains. After several attempts by Open Road to fix the leaks we were told it was finally all fixed. I into the front and rear of the vehicle after it rains. After several attempts by Open Road to fix the leaks we were told it was finally all fixed. I went to pick up the car yesterday and needless to say it had rained that night and the battery compartment had an inch of water in it as well as the passenger floor was soaked. The service personnel were very appologetic and sincere in their desire to fix the problem but we are heading on to 5 attempts to fix and 20 days of being out of service. I am very frustrated with a BMW dealership and their skilled technicians unable to 1. diagnose the problem(water only runs downhill) and 2. to make a complete satisfactory repair. This is a certified pre-owned vehicle purchased from Open Road BMW less than 2 years ago. More
I have been a repeat buyer of BMW's, all for good reasons. I had a 2007 BMW 335i convertible, in mint condition, but wanted a car with the new I-drive. I wanted to receive a fair amount for my trad reasons. I had a 2007 BMW 335i convertible, in mint condition, but wanted a car with the new I-drive. I wanted to receive a fair amount for my trade and was not willing to negotiate for less. I had my sights on a new 2009 335i convertible, fully loaded, from a competitor dealer who was offering it at a greatly marked down price (from original MSRP). I called Open Road BMW and was connected with Tony. Tony was amiable and quite knowledgeable, and understood what my needs in a new car would be. I agreed to visit Open Road BMW to test drive their new 2009 335i convertible. As I took the car for a test drive, Tony explained its many features/functions. Back at the dealership, Tony sought his manager's approval for the terms that I presented for the swap. Charlie, the sales manager, presented an offer, taking into consideration the difference between the new car cost and the value of my trade. I was made welcome to consider their offer and not rushed or pressured to accept it. I was impressed with their professionalism and sincerity. The dealership staff is genuinely interested in repeat business and in maintaining customer loyalty. Tony and Charlie made my buying experience a pleasure. I am not only a repeat BMW owner, but a new completely satisfied Open Road BMW customer. More
I traveled from South Jersey to Open Road BMW because they had what I was looking for in their inventory. Charlie Willis was very polite, professional, and well-versed in the BMW car line. When I am ready to trade in my old BMW, he will be the salesman to help me out.
