My wife and I went to check out the X3s. Robb met us on the lot and was helpful. No the high pressure tactics as I had expected. When asked questions he knew the answers - I had spent quite a bit of time researching cars online and his answers were straight forward and correct. Robb actively engaged both myself and my wife (I did not get the sense of any male chauvinistic tendencies that I had seem exhibited at other places). In summary, Robb had the knowledge about the cars and was a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate recommending him as the person to whom to deal with to make your car buying experience enjoyable. More

When I arrived at the dealership he greeted me immediately.He showed me the unit I was interested in and we went for a test ride.He felt he could get me a deal on a 2011 they had in stock. I told him I wanted him to hold the unit overnight because I wanted to run the color by my wife. He agreed based on my deposit. The next day I came in we did the paperwork and the money. we then went out to the car and he went over the instrumentation and the controls. He loaded my Bluetooth and the navigation system with my key destinations. It was all done very professionally, courteously and in a friendly manner. It was done quickly in consideration of my time. He has already followed up with some questions I had. It is the way I like to do business. More

I went there for break service, they told me I have to "must" change all 4 rotors at the same time, they told me the rotor is too thin, also front bushing is loose and back control arm is worn.... I decli "must" change all 4 rotors at the same time, they told me the rotor is too thin, also front bushing is loose and back control arm is worn.... I decline the service, went to other dealer for service. Other dealer only change 4 break pad for me and told me the rotor can last to next break service, not necessary replace this time and the bushing and control arm is okay no need to replace now... Is this the "service advisor" problem or the "mechanic" problem? I wonder are those "service advisor" work for commission too...?!?! More
What can change the mind of a person who entered a dealership just to check the prices of the cars with absoulte no intentions of buying one but ended up trading his own car and a buying 2008 X3. Only a prestigious, friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable sales man could assist in changing the mind of that person. And I feel proud to write this recommendations for Mr. Hamada Elmasry whose personality and professional attitude helped me in making the decision to buy a new SUV. Initially I entered in the dealer ship with set mind that I will not buy a car, not at least now. But the unique blend of frienliness and professionalism in Mr. Hamada's personility made me feel like a family and he (truly) went extra extra mile to meet the desired budget which is way beyond excitement. I was literally surprised when we looked at the final numbers it was the same as I ahve been paying for my old car, it was truly an unblievable pleasant and excited experience. With the help of our client advisor, Zachary Rohde, Justin made sure that all of our questions were answered and that we got the best deal possible. He really does go the extra mile. He is especially attentive and is doing such a great job representing the brand. Unlike other dealerships we have been to, where the sales help is pushy and looking at us as their paycheck; Justin makes us feel that our business is appreciated. He is very calm and has a positive energy. It makes us feel confident with such a large purchase. The client advisor, David Rojas, was very friendly and helpful. He helped us setup our navigation system and Bluetooth features. They really are courteous and provide us all of their attention to make us feel comfortable and happy. They also give the best deals. This is our second purchase from Open Road BMW, and we would not go anywhere else. I always have and will recommend other customers to this dealership because of the exceptional quality of service. The finance and service department also provided excellent service. I do not work for BMW as one review suggested positive commenters do. We went to other luxury car dealerships in the NJ area before, and no one is quite like Justin and his sales team. It’s so refreshing to actually deal with honest and professional individuals. When you are purchasing a luxury car, you deserve exceptional service. They do just that for us and I never have to worry about my car because of how helpful they are. I hope they never change!
