They are way too busy, there is way too many problems with the cars, they overbook way too many customer, they never have a loaner available unless I would wait for 10 days! Lets make is very clear: This location is Very Bad, it's not just the car ! The biggest joke is seeing the great reviews but it's ok I would do the same if I would work for BMW !! Stay away from this dealer !!! More

i have only driven japanese cars and have never once thought about driving anything else until i met Igal...he definitely won my heart when he showed me this gorgeous 5 series bmw..and what really sold thought about driving anything else until i met Igal...he definitely won my heart when he showed me this gorgeous 5 series bmw..and what really sold me was the interior color of cinnomin! Not only was Igal extremely friendly, he was very knowledgable about the vehicle...my husband and I and our kids stopped by the dealership pretty late at night and we didn't leave til 1045pm..Igal took his time and stayed after hours and answered all of our questions about our brand new 5 series. bmw took our trade in without any hassel and we also got a very good price on it and i would definitely recommend not only the dealership to a friend or family member but my salesman..my overall experience is more than just a 5, its a 10!! thank you Igal i love my car!!
