I've owned German vehicles in the past but have only been dealing with my '07 335i for a little over a year now. I decided to give Open Road a visit even though I refuse to go to an actual dealership for any dealing with my '07 335i for a little over a year now. I was greeted by Rajal Patel, a service department attendant, with a very warm welcome back when I went to pick up my vehicle. She then directed me to Mike and Jen who, even though they had their hands full, were more than helpful to me by stopping and answering a couple questions I had about my work order. The entire staff at Open Road is extremely cheerful and I am definitely going to be back there for my next service. More

I love my experience at the Open Road BMW dealer at Edison. Duog was very patient & accomodating my requests. Helped me find the right vehicle/packages since I was confused on which one to choose. Also worked around my back and forth requests and last minute changes. Took good care of their customer and wasn't pushy like the usual car dealers are. Thats the best part of the experience. Also in terms of negotiating the price, they weren't stubborn and stuck on the price. I think I made a decent offer to which they accepted. Also they do not push the custumer in purchasing the warranties & other packages which are not really necessary. I paid 2000$ for tire and wheel warranty which I felt was a little pricey. I am not sure of their service yet since am just a month old customer. Will update here later. More
