Absolutely love this dealer and will have a long-term business relationship with them! I ended up leaving an extremely happy customer with no regrets after leasing my first 'BMW' car (2011 Z4) that I just fell in love with that evening. Douglas Jeffries is the Client Advisor that assisted me and am very grateful for his help. You have to come to this dealer if you want to walk away a truly satisfied customer with a product you can be proud to call yours... and ask for Douglas Jeffries! *wink* More
My experience with Marlon (new advisor) was very good, however once I dealt with Justin and Krystin the deal was closed. Their patience and professionalism gave me a whole new perspective on Salesmen an however once I dealt with Justin and Krystin the deal was closed. we purchased vehicle on our first visit to dealer.They treated us with kindness and respect. All questions vere answered, Igal spent a lot of time with us sowing all options and explaining all features of treated us with kindness and respect. Eric,in finantial department also spent enough time to find best possible rate to finance our new X5 and showing all options for additional coverage to protect our car in the future. We are very happy that we took our time and went to Open Road NJ from Brooklyn (1 hour drive)! Highly reccomend this dealership,althogh we did some reserch on BMWusa.com which helped a lot too. This is our first BMW and so far it completely meets our expectations. Thank you very much! More
After reading the reviews, I setup an appointment since they are located the closest to my house and expected a bad experience. I was wrong and these negative comments are wrong and outdated. The adviser I worked named Jose Jimenez was awesome and very helpful asking me to tell him anything and everything I want them to look into. I didn't catch the names of the receptionists at the service area, if that's what they are referred to as; they were very nice and and pretty hot ;D...hollaaa. I sensed no attitude problems like others may have commented on. The whole experience was hassle free and getting a in and out the door with a loaner was very fast and easy. I went in even though there were a few small issues with my Bmw 328xi coupe and Jose understood me perfectly on what I tried to describe about the issues. Oh and also the valets were very helpful as well and extremely nice! I didn't catch one of the guys name but he pretty much helped me the whole day from showing me where to go, bring my car to me when I left something in there, and finally bringing me my car at the end. Within a few hours everything was done and all I had to do was sign some papers and I was out the door with my car that they even washed!! For such a small fix this experience was awesome and will recommend anyone in the area or far to come to this location and see for yourself! I haven't worked with any other advisers and this is my first time, I'd recommend you ask for Jose since I do not know how the others are :] I hope this review helps you take a second look at this dealerships service area If you believed them to be horrible. Hope I have to go back soon for minor issues so I can see the receptionists again :D! Although I have previously rated this dealership bad, it was based on the SALES manager and agents only. The service department is in a whole different league and they are great. More
My experience was great with this dealer when i recently purchased my new BMW X3. I must say, initally when i met the sales executive i was very disappointed as very limited options were provided to me. But purchased my new BMW X3. But once my file was handed over to Justin Patel, Sales Manger it was a smooth sailing. He worked with me deligently,explained me the process and met "Above Expectations" to meet Customer Service. He truely is a Nice sales person. More
Walked into the dealership to get pricing, I was directed to Igal. We talked a bit he explained and demoed some features on the truck I was interested in. He showed me what they had in stock as always we went back and forth on numbers until I was satisfied on the nimbler and we did the deal. It was a lot faster then I expected but I was not pressured. I liked the truck on the dealer floor it had all the options and more then I wanted. They appraised my trade in and gave me a better number then two other dealers so I was happy with that. When I sat down with the business manager he explained different ways to finance which I was happy about. All in all I walked in and abut 4 hours later I was driving home in my new truck. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a BMW More
Realy nice car. Trade in was a bit low, but is business as usual. The CPO car looks amazing. Im very happy with the purchase experience. I went to Open Road BMW Edison with a unique problem - it definitely was not a problem with my car! Due to my own carelessness, I had dropped my diamond rings in a small crevice between the back seat and the definitely was not a problem with my car! Due to my own carelessness, I had dropped my diamond rings in a small crevice between the back seat and the center arm rest. I wasnt sure if my rings had slipped through some crack and if I'd lost them. I drove into Open Road BMW without an appointment at the service center closing time when most service personnel had already left for the day. I expected to be turned away and asked to come back the following day and I couldnt bear the thought of going to bed thinking I had lost my wedding rings! Instead I was greeted with a smile by Richie, the Manager and he immediately called two of his expert technicians- Ray and George who were actually walking out for the day. They worked patiently and tirelessly to dismantle almost the entire rear of the car to find the rings as it had slipped into a place even they didnt expect. It took them over an hour and but they didnt give up and it was amazing to see their knowledge of the car parts and the dexterity with which they worked. Inspite of working after their normal working hours, they didn't charge me a penny for their efforts and expected nothing in return for finding my prized rings. The icing on the cake was that after all the effort, George even personally washed and polished my car without me asking for it! Knowing when to step in to address a customer's needs and giving them expert service with a smile on their face is something no one can beat this team on! I have had pleasant experiences with Open road during purchase and regular servicing of my car and now they have made me an ecsatic customer and I will definitely recommend them to all. More
salesman was helpful. bought a CPO and the 'dealer prep' was lousy - Nav DVD was three years older than the car, only one key provided (comfort access) which had a low battery at that, middle seat buckle in was lousy - Nav DVD was three years older than the car, only one key provided (comfort access) which had a low battery at that, middle seat buckle in the backseat is missing and the pockets in the doors are dirty. as if that weren't enough the drivers side wiper blade is shot. why should I pay for prep if no one is going to spend time to actually prep the car? friendly and courteous, absolutely. sales process was quick and efficient but this is a lousy way to begin an ownership experience for what was a $75K car. More
