Probably the best car buying experience I've had thanks to Thomas Leis. I phoned Thomas after seeing a BMW 535 on the web site and he offered to show me the care. Once I arrived I realized it wasn't exac to Thomas Leis. I phoned Thomas after seeing a BMW 535 on the web site and he offered to show me the care. Once I arrived I realized it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Thomas was so helpful; listening to my needs and offering a number of options. He was very patient, even took me to see a few cars that had just arrived to help me with my decision. No pressure, just help. I ultimately purchased a BMW 328xi from Thomas Leis and couldn't be happier. Just revisited the dealership today where Thomas put my new license plates on the vehicle. I had an fairly good experience at Open Road BMW, but two things are keeping me from writing a rave review of this dealership. First, the Certified X3 I was buying had been in an accident, but that informati things are keeping me from writing a rave review of this dealership. First, the Certified X3 I was buying had been in an accident, but that information was not disclosed. I was told that the back bumper had been painted, that there "may have been a scratch, or something". While I was signing the finance paperwork I was shown a carfax report and noticed the accident information. Second, the dealership lacked the "attention to detail" that I have always expected from BMW. When I picked up the car after it had been detailed, there was a considerable amount dog hair on several of the interior surfaces; probably from dirty rags at the detailing shop and there were water spots all over the car. Neither event was big enough to make a fuss, mainly because it is not in my nature, but combined and 2 days later it was big enough to leave a somewhat, negative impression of the dealership. More
